### 3/5 — Couldn’t get remittance

First time used today, funds removed from my bank on debit card. Email received that money is ready for pickup. I went to Mlhiiller  and couldn’t get the money. Staff said it was a uniteller problem and couldn’t be fixed today. They told me to send money again with a different remittance provider. Very poor customer service.

STAY AWAY from this scammer. I cancelled the transaction and they promised me that I would be receiving my refund in 7 business days but it did not happen. I emailed ML Remit by Mlhullier but no response. Their website looks legit but I suspect they just use it to scam people like me. Beware!!!!!

I used this app for the first time to send money and used the bank option for payment. Waited for the whole week and all of sudden receieved
an email in spanish saying that my transaction was cancelled. Called the customer service number in the app whisch is uniteller and said that they sent me an email asking for my id to complete the money transfer. But i didnt receive any aside from the cancelation email. I requested a refund an said that it takes 24-48hrs to be refunded but i havent received any after the given time. Called uniteller again and said the same thing that i have to wait 24-48hrs. After 2 days i called again and unitter said because i used the bank option for payment it will take 5-7 days to be refunded and but i need to send an email to them stating that i will not do a dispute with my bank before they do the refund. Lots of misleading information and the supports needs a lot of training and are very rude when you dont agree with them. they dont listen and just keep repeating what they only want to say which is so frustrating. I will not recommend this app because of the poor customer service and the refund process.

I like that ML Remit they have a three days weekend flash sale with locked in foreign exchange (fx) rate. Whats awesome is my family in the Philippines receives the money anytime just like the money in minutes offered  by Western Union. I chose to use ML Remit because of the convenience and the transfer fee, very affordable and secure transaction. Recommended to all who wants to send money to their love ones.

I downloaded the app because they said they pay better for the dollars and we have a emergency so I send money to my wife’s but the money can pick up until three days later I call them and don’t have a service customer I think is one person only to answer the phone and she asking me for many questions and ID cards to check my identity and she don’t do anything to help me so I don’t recommend it to anybody
