And while I expect a game like this to have microtransactions, the prices on this game are hilariously high, in almost a disrespectfully greedy sort of way. Do better Sony, seriously. ### 5/5 — Best Baseball Game Ever *2026-08-29* One of the most fun baseball games I’ve ever played! I’d love to see the pitch ratings displayed during gameplay and the average of the “LEFT/RIGHT Hit” and “Strikeout” stats on the pitcher selection screen. The latest patch seems to have reduced device heating a bit, and I really like being able to see the opposing players now. Please also fix the occasional bug where a runner disappears or the same player is used as both a batter and a runner. Player Abilities: - Players buffed by Craig Kimbrel's ability will now see the attribute boost in the player's comparison menu during gameplay. - Yoshinobu Yamamoto will now display the full attribute boost in the player comparison menu during gameplay. - Zack Wheeler will now always start the game in the user's hand. - James Wood will now always start the game in the user's hand. - Luke Keaschall's ability was adjusted; the new ability reads: "When played: discard a card, then draw a showstopper." Moments: - Loss criteria is now displayed alongside goals when expanding moment details. - The moments timer will now accurately display the number of minutes remaining when there is less than one hour remaining. - “Empty” cards will no longer appear when previewing rewards.
