Clicking on the Login button does nothing. This is on iPhone 15 with latest OS. ### 3/5 — Good app…..but. *2024-11-21, version 1.6.2* Can we please get an update to address the face recognition signing in issues. I haven’t been able to get in to the app for a few months now. ### 3/5 — Latest 18.0.1 Face ID problems with iPhone 16 *2024-10-19* Since recently Face ID says can’t activate. Delete app and reinstall and setup Face ID successfully first time along with a pin. First login is fine but subsequent logins say can’t activate Face ID at this time. MLC please fix this. ### 3/5 — Unhelpful app *2023-04-14, version 1.5.2* This app is not very helpful. Particularly when trying to get quick numbers for my tax documents. The transactions list needs to show the balance after every transaction so I can see how much my balance was at a particular moment in time. I shouldn’t have to log in to the web version and export a report for this. Consider people that may also want to see the data based on calendar year not financial year, maybe provide an option?? The app is severely limited and forced you to open web version to do anything. Consider updating and extending your UI colour scheme as well. The orange everywhere is very monotone and underwhelming. This app feels like it’s stuck in the past. Very disappointing. ### 2/5 — Basic app *2023-03-27, version 1.5.2* This very basic app with limited feature. After several years I’m tired of looking at the same image of a 50ish white male. I don’t identify with this image and it’s a dated representation of your customers. As stated in a review from over a year ago, please review the need to print forms and post them to update details. No option to view it in internet banking next to our every day banking? Anz and Westpac do this I’d fully switch to Nab if all my banking could be done in one place and my retirement savings etc built into my every day banking but it’s to fragmented ### 1/5 — No useful functions *2020-03-22, version 1.3.1* Can’t transact and can’t get performance info on my investments. What is the point of the app then? Most of the time you can't log in. But now I click the Login button and nothing happens. I deleted and reinstalled with same result. Can’t login *2021-08-21, version 1.4.7* Thanks ### 1/5 — Latest update on 30/03/2021 on iPhone *2021-03-30, version 1.4.4* After updating the app to the latest version, I’ve found that when I open the app, a warning comes up saying there is a “later version”. When I press the “update button“ on the error message it returns me back to the apple store for the update but my phone is already up to date. This has essentially made the app unusable because the app just cycles through to the App Store, without me being able to review my super info. Please fix the app. ### 1/5 — Can’t Log In *2021-03-28, version 1.4.3* Can’t use that app at all because I can’t even log into it.
