The only thing that I didn’t like was the annoying notifications. Once I turned them off everything got a lot better. Bottom line. The app works well, it has doesn’t have a lot of features, but I guess it doesn’t need many. As a sales professional we've got some great older sales guys and women, many of them mentors, that are resistant to change or just have trouble with technology in general. It's a tool with a slight learning curve, but way better than old school pen and paper. Take the time, learn the app, thank me later. App doesn’t upload data You can’t modify data any way on laptop on mobile app… which crashes and doesn’t upload right Stay. Today is January 3rd and it hasn’t recorded anything since December 26th and I just caught it. They will want to charge you almost $80 per month to use. No thanks. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate and difficult to use *2022-05-18, version 1.1.6* Routinely fails to track miles and is incredibly time consuming to manually enter miles. There is absolutely nothing intuitive or easy to use. The only reason an app can be this bad and still have users is because the user was made to utilize this app for employer reimbursement. Mburse has also repeatedly emailed in accurate info for monthly mileage totals too. I started keeping a paper mileage log simply because I can’t depend on this app to work regularly or correctly. ### 1/5 — Can’t signup *2020-04-06, version 1.0.6* Worst onboarding ever ### 2/5 — MBurse app is fine, team is unresponsive *2025-10-03, version 1.1.19* The app mostly works except when you need to sync mileage. After submitting multiple emails to technical support, there is a delayed response from the team which delays reimbursement. It’s ok but the team needs to respond more quickly and fix glitches ### 4/5 — Decent app *2025-12-24, version 1.1.19* The app is pretty easy to set up and use. Our company used a similar app in the past that works pretty well much the same. I liked the help videos and support was there when I needed them. The only thing is it looks pretty basic, it could use an upgrade. It is user friendly and the set up instructions are direct and easy to follow. The customer support is amazing! They were very quick to respond and were great helping me customizing my settings.
