You used to be able to add a card that would automatically give you points. Now you can’t add a card and have to get them to scan a QR code. Who wants to ask your server or bartender to scan a code for you or hand your phone over?You also used to be able to upload receipts if you used a different card, not anymore.

The app just doesn’t work. The top and bottom navigation doesn’t do anything. Constantly freezes. Everyone in our group at the table had the same issue.

The app encounters errors upon launch. Cannot view the app menus or place an order. None of the user interfaces respond to user input. Why does this app have any five star ratings? ML Rose, send this back to your devs to fox the bugs or pull the app off the app store. It only serves to anger your potential customers.

This app is genuinely useless. You can’t view the menu, locations nor place an order. What purpose does it serve? Very odd to launch something this bad without checking functionality.

Can’t change locations - only 1 location shows up and searching by zip code or city returns no results. If you’re supposed to be able to order food online the menu doesn’t work. As of now, the only useful purpose is to see points earned.
