Could be a bug but I cannot leave notes through the app, I also cannot view documents (seller disclosures, etc.) also filters or sorts don’t lock so once you apply a filter and view something it goes back to default… those are just to name a few which are pretty big deals for me so I resulted back to MLS site. ### 2/5 — Needs some UX work *2026-04-11, version 4.2.7* Not a great user experience in this app. Would be worth investing in someone who can evaluate and fix this. All information is available in collapsible portions of the app, but they’re not labeled intuitively and really don’t need to be collapsible. The filter function is not intuitive either. Very clunky. It glitches a lot, too. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2025-02-07, version 4.2.3* This app no longer works at all on Mac desktop Sequoia 15.2. “MLS-Client Error #1031 Invalid board 712, aborting.” There’s only an “OK” button (sorry but that’s NOT “OK.”) It worked fairly well before. The zoom features were really cumbersome though - you could only use the roller on a mouse to zoom, which often didn’t respond. It wasn’t clear how things would or could print when it worked as well. (Agent thought it couldn’t print at all, but I discovered an icon for it) It seems to be working on the phone but when I’m researching homes I’m not gonna do it all on the phone. That’s a total nuisance when I’m trying to compare several properties and compose a list to view. ### 3/5 — Easy to use but.. *2025-01-15, version 4.2.1* It would be nice if you could zoom out a little more. Not everyone is looking in a specific city/town. We are considering different areas but since you have to be zoomed in so close to see listings, it makes it harder to see where exactly I am looking and to look around in a broader range. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2024-12-13, version 4.1.4* very glitchy app, makes you log in several times. Had to try a few times to reset my agent's code as well. when clicking on "My Agent" it'll show your agent's info then you don't have any buttons to get back to the home page so you have to close the app out completely. ### 3/5 — July 2024 update needs correction *2024-07-15* This is a great app that my realtor recommended. However, the newest update is messed up. The listing does not match up with the pictures (e.g., a listing for land shows a large house, or a 2-bedroom listing is showing a mansion). My favorites all had the wrong pictures after the update. There is also no longer the feature to filter by rent or sale. This has been a great app and hopefully these issues are fixed soon! The updated layout does look great. ### 3/5 — New 2024 update messed up *2024-07-13, version 4.0.10* I loved this app! But with the recent update it screwed everything up. Like previous reviewer said the pictures don’t match the house anymore. You can’t search by school district anymore. Or really search for anything at all.. She’s has taken care of me for 2 years now. She communicates effectively and breaks down each process so that I understand. She’s very knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend her to all of my peers. ### 5/5 — Our Realator is Awesome *2023-07-07, version 3.9.8* Nevella is great at what she does she cares about you and your family likes she’s part of it!!! She’s always available and very knowledgeable in her job we are searching for are first time home and she has made it stress free and she’s always teaching us on the process, she is always available and very kind and understanding! Also, the inability to remove inventory is a joke. ### 1/5 — Does not show ANY property! *2025-09-24, version 4.2.7* The app worked for a few weeks and now doesn’t show any properties at any neighborhood.
