Or if I’m using it for a long length of time. The bones are good, but with technology so advanced now with AI, MLS Touch is not keeping up. With the glitches and lack of ease for my clients, they tend to use other apps like Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com for their property search. Please consider a major overhaul to provide the features buyers are now looking for with ease in their real estate search. ### 2/5 — Not accurate *2026-07-27, version 4.3.16* It’s very hard to use a lot of times you cannot find the properties ### 3/5 — Remarks update fail *2026-07-22, version 4.3.16* Every time I try to update my listing remarks using the app it does not work. The app is missing several essential search criteria that are critical for real estate professionals, including: * HOA and HOA fee amount * Financing terms or financing types the seller is willing to accept * ZIP code search * Other advanced filters that agents use daily to serve their clients efficiently As a real estate broker, I can confidently say these are not optional features—they are essential. The lack of these search criteria makes property searches less efficient and forces agents to use other platforms to find the information they need. None showed up. This time I am trying a 2 start… No wonder the rating is 4.9 now. I guess apple is also corrupted. ### 2/5 — Soooo Glitchy *2026-06-08, version 4.3.14* They don’t update this app enough… or properly. It freezes and shuts down often. It also resets your search to frequently. They removed the ability to see any current active listing when looking at Realist Tax section. There used to be a way to go straight into the active listing from there. Also not having a way to open a link from OneHome to automatically open the listing from the app is very annoying. It won't even allow me to login. It is thee most difficult thing to search for listings. If you search an address you can’t delete that address without restarting the app. Cannot use it on more than one device, constantly being signed out. Want to schedule a showing… login again. Like so many things in life! Do not fix what is working! I'd bet no one that didn't work for this company has ever rated it with 5 stars. It doesn't even open most of the time, and when it does it's still below average.
