It does not show homes for lease/rental on the map, although multiple can be seen on the maps of apps like Zillow and apartments.com. It only shows properties for sale. (And even then it's clunky, poorly designed and barely functions.) It's an extremely difficult, not user-friendly app to use, virtually obsolete for leasing and rentals. In 2026, MLS can't even compete with other apps, let alone function. Completely worthless app. Deleting it. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2023-06-15, version 3.9.6* I put in an addresses in the searches. It shows nothing. I put an address in the location area it shows nothing. I had put down one address at a previous house i was at and the app is stuck on just that location. Deleting re-adding the app doesn’t help either. There’s no option to login and save your searches, you’re better off just going on their website. I even tried to copy an address from zillow, and try to post it on this app, and nothing. This app needs to be deleted or completely revamped. This app does nothing. ### 1/5 — Just a unless app *2023-04-03, version 3.9.6* such a low quality app.. despite the hefty fees the Santa Clara County Realtos get charged, this is the best they can offer.. the app is hardly up to date with listings information.. out of Santa Clara County listing in particular. ### 1/5 — MLS *2020-07-19, version 3.5.8* The App doesn’t seem to filter..I enter proper addresses that I know are up for sale..and yet, the app, after churning awhile comes back and says “no properties found” ### 2/5 — Map feature with price doesn’t work *2019-08-06, version 3.3.3* Only the list feature works when you specify price... The other features are helpful but are also found on similar apps. We looked at property in Pacific Grove, Monterey, Carmel and Pebble Beach. She was always resourceful, accommodating and positive.
