After receiving an email, advising I had a match, I opened the app but couldn’t get in due to a ‘server error’. I closed it and tried again… Nope. This time I was advised there was ‘no internet connection’ which is nonsense. Everything else is working perfectly. I’ve been trying now for 30 minutes, and it’s the same with their website. No access at all. The same thing happened yesterday too - I couldn’t get in for 3 hours. Incredibly frustrating and, once I eventually gain access, I’m probably going to delete it.

This is one of the most expensive dating apps on the market, yet its usability is extremely poor. It’s riddled with bugs! Core functions such as viewing likes, messages, and navigating the interface are unintuitive and unreliable. I have spoken with multiple users—particularly women—who consistently report difficulty using basic features, which fundamentally undermines the value of a paid service.

Feedback to the development team has been met with defensiveness rather than accountability, which reinforces the impression that monetization is prioritized over product quality. The app aggressively pushes premium subscriptions while delivering a buggy, frustrating user experience.

More concerning are the platform’s ethical standards. The app allows—and implicitly encourages—the use of AI-generated, heavily altered, or outdated photos that misrepresent users’ real appearance. These practices are not meaningfully enforced against, seemingly because they boost engagement and subscription conversions. There is no verification of photos to ensure they represent what the people look like NOW on the platform. The result is an artificially inflated perception of profile quality that ultimately erodes trust in the platform.

It this app is a scam, they collect information as SSN, connect with credit score third part services and cancel only female accounts after collecting subscriptions. Wondering what they do the men left there with all information exposed.

J’e bataille pour supprimer ce compte. Aller plutôt sur d’autres sites mieux élaboré et plus pratique

Have been using this app for years but I haven’t find one quality person. Most of them are fake and old pervert men that only look for young or sugar baby. 
The service miss leading and for some reason I didn’t do anything wrong but they blocked and ban me out of the app. 
Wouldn’t recommend this app, period!
