### 1/5 — Useless repairman and rude telephone operator

The toilet of upstairs is leaking and the disgusting water is coming down to my room. The repairman has mastered the art of "telepathic repair" — job marked complete in the app without ever showing up. The operator offered no solution, only telling me to "ask my neighbors to stop using their toilet," with a rude attitude. How can you ask other people not to go to the toilet anymore? This is completely unprofessional and ignored an urgent issue. The service failed entirely. I demand a proper investigation and a real technician to fix the problem.

glitchy, buggy mess. login is a poorly designed UI that doesn't let me get in half the time. actual reported tickets don't show up half the time. when typing in your location, it will glitch out and just not let you select it (this happened and my request was delayed by a month. i still put all my location information in the details and when further prompted. still nothing). for some reason, they have a 'drawing' section when reporting issues? what exactly do you want me to draw? me with a little sad face getting a migraine from a broken strobing light? why is that even an option? some tickets will just automatically get marked as 'completed' despite the fact that nothing has happened and there has been no contact. if you send a comment asking, they'll direct you to the office of the people who run the app, NOT the office of the location you're at. 'yeah i don't know why that got marked as completed' THEN LET ME TALK TO SOMEONE WHO DOES. you are in a different part of the uk!!! why am i not connected to the office of my building!! overall, i would rather send a carrier pigeon with a note detailing my troubles because it would probably be faster and more reliable and have less bugs.

at a new accommodation that uses this app, previous accommodation also used it - redownloaded the app and i am not able to put in a new code to be able to report any maintenance issues at my new place. not too sure what to do.

Honestly ive never coded anything before in my life and i think i could do better than this.

This is by far the worst app I have ever been made to use in my life. As stated in the other reviews, you can’t see the tickets you created. You have to search for a word you remembered that you wrote in it for it to show up. And once you’ve submitted a ticket you cannot edit it nor can you delete it. They make you search for your own room number, with no format or pre-made list to start with, so you just have to guess a bunch of times until you hit a keyword. For some reason, my room number wasn’t even there so I had to pick someone else’s and write my real one in the ‘description’. It’s a wonder how this app even made it to the store, it feels like an abandoned project.

You cannot see tickets you have submitted meaning you cannot see if you have been responded to with a ticket number. I wish accommodations would use a different system to report issues as this app is awful.

This app is completely useless. Once I submitted the report it disappeared the next day. I can’t see my past reports, don’t know if it was even read and if it’s going to be resolved.
