### 2/5 — Excessive ads killed this app

Update (3/2026) To use this app you get killed with the ads. They are completely over the top now and completely worthless. I understand needing to make a buck, but it’s really unusable due to the sheer volume.

This app used to be great, but they’ve gone a bit crazy with the ads and with the frequency they pop up, they make it unenjoyable to use any more. I realize the app is free and they need revenue to maintain it, but again the ads are to frequent and some are the type you have to wait a set duration to clear it out.

A once solid app is now a wasteland for advertisements.    If anyone thinks a minute away, multiple times a session, from a news product is an acceptable customer experience, you are clueless. Get freakin banners.

How the hell do other still get to write stuff on the mma app but others can’t let us get our communities back this is being to be a joke it’s not the mma app fault for one of its sisters app decides to threat each others life’s over religion fix it asap still not fixed but others have always been able to write n talk to each other why the bullcrap can’t i talk to people tou have lost so many people cause u thought it was a good idea to take away community’s for certain people fix this issue now it’s a push of a button on ur side n don’t say it’s not just bloody fix the issue

Good source of news but the ads are so bad it makes the experience unenjoyable. The ads pop up and then force you to the App Store with no option to exit out of the ad and get back to the news. This is the reason I’m uninstalling the app and searching for something new.

I have two complaints. The app does updates and when it does updates, it signs me out of my account that I’ve work really hard to build up for years and never allows me to connect back to it. Literally just happened to me for a third time without warning. I think I’m done making accounts with the app now. If it won’t allow me to use it without then y’all lost a several years long user. Also the ads are becoming so long it is aggravating. Long, meet singles ads for our wives to find and look at us like cheaters. Kind of inappropriate to your dedicated users.
