. MMA timer has been developed to simulate the timing and sounds of actual mixed martial art events. It has an MMA theme to set it apart from other timer apps. MMA Timer Lite only allows amateur match settings which gives 3 rounds of three minutes with one minute rest in between, but still gives the effect of the full feature version. The rounds start realistically with a ref asking if you are ready and then the timer starts. There is a ten second warning and then the round ends with an air horn. You rest for one minute and then start again. The upgraded version of this MMA timer could be used to time an actual mma match. Use this app to train yourself at home or the gym from an amateur level up to a world championship fighter. I use it for my MMA training and sparring sessions. It has the referee's voice before the fight begins and then the sticks tap when there is 10 sec to go and then it gives you a 1 minute break in between rounds and a whisle goes when there's 10 sec to go before the next round starts to give you pleanty of time to prepare and a refree sets you up for the next round. With the lite version you have the amateur fight, which is 3 rounds of 3 minutes, but you can upgrade it for only $0.99, and get professional, championship and world championship. You can also add music during rounds and change any of the settings for rounds, time limit, rest limit and warning time to want you want.
