What's new in 1.13

• Alumni profiles: tap any member to open a quick profile view with their
  academic and professional details.
• Richer alumni detail page: track registration progress step-by-step, and
  see batch year, year of joining, specialization, designation and last activity.
• Improved batch-year filter: search for a year and select multiple batches
  at once, with a one-tap "Clear all".
• Smoother date-of-birth entry in the registration form.
• Optional update prompts: get gently notified when a new (non-mandatory)
  version is available, alongside the existing forced-update support.
• Various stability and UI improvements.

Salutation field — Alumni registration and profile now include a salutation (Mr./Mrs./Dr., etc.) selection. The generated alumni certificate also reflects the correct salutation.
Restart registration flow — Users can now restart the registration process from the pending/rejected screen if needed.
Alumni registration form — Form validation and submission issues resolved; draft caching continues to work across sessions.
Notification reliability — Fixed issues with FCM notification registration during the registration flow.
Fixed certificate salutation not appearing correctly on generated certificates.
Fixed registration screen submission errors.
Fixed notification service token handling during sign-up.
