Like for example. If my kids send a message all of their messages should be highlighted in green and if anyone of their friends or our family members send them a message It should be highlighted in gray or a different color. I can monitor texts *2026-02-12, version 2.0.29* I have 5 kids. Our rule is you earn your freedom and privacy. One of my kids is my troublemaker and has gotten himself some very dangerous situations so we monitor his phone. This is the first app that I can see his text messages. My other kids I don’t need to worry about this stuff and I want them to have their privacy. However, this has already saved my child. I just view and see everything from my phone including her location. The app she use frequently and her snaps messages as well. I gave 4 star because, there's nor feature where by you can listen to voice notes on WhatsApp chat and also see inappropriate pictures that was save from the targeted phone. I wish you could add that to it. I will come back to rate 5 start. But keep up the good work. The app is so buggy. With how seamless apps are made these days mmguardian feels like it’s running on 10-year-old software. The location feature is horrible. It doesn’t just show you where the device is located. Location features have been known to find missing people and missing children. This alone is enough for me to not be returning as a user . I paid for the year so I will use it for the year, but I definitely suggest you try it first before buying it. After the year is that I will not be using this app for my children. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2025-12-26, version 2.0.29* There really isn’t that many apps out there that work properly. The app feels behind the times. Sometimes takes a while to complete a command. When you go into the messages to see your child’s exchange it repeats messages, you can’t see photos or hear voice notes. If you block the phone but your child turns their phone off then when they turn it back on the timer stays as it was and then the unlock button doesn’t work properly ### 1/5 — Impossible to get started on iPhone *2025-12-24, version 2.0.29* I know that many detailed reviews point out that getting started with the app in the Google ecosystem is much simpler than in Apple, but I am on day 2 of self-troubleshooting and still don’t have all of the features working. Some highlights: 1) the App used my password as my account name. Have not successfully been able to change it as, insanely, that permission lives on my daughter’s phone; 2) you have to download 3 separate apps; the permissions and functions of each are as clear as the Mississippi River; 3) In order for the Parental App to work you need a “Family Plan” in iTunes. If you already had one set up, you have to delete it and start over; 4) there is NO real-time customer support. “FAQs” and email is all they offer — why I am on day 2 of install. I would cancel if I could get a refund, but I naively paid for a full year of service. I am certain that no one of real influence at MMGuardian has ever tried to install their apps end-to-end on an iPhone. ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work consistently *2025-11-08, version 2.0.29* I want to love this app, the idea of it is great and when it works it’s awesome but the app often just continues to time out when trying to change restrictions, sometimes locking my child out of apps for 24 hours or more. Help isn’t immediate either, and when they do respond it’s very automated and not useful. Four days of trying to set this up and it’s still not working. I’m using an iPad to try to monitor my Child’s iPhone. I just get error message “Phon ID is not present in the database”. I have contacted the help email address but I just get a generic unrelated response. I have 10 days of the trial left. No matter how good you are to them, it doesn't mean that they will treat you the same way. I have been married to my husband for years with no idea he was cheating. Suddenly i started noticing changes in behavior, i suspected something was wrong So i confided in a friend who convinced and introduced me to an hacker. He was able to hack into my husband mobile phone to access his Text messages, Call logs, IG, browser history, deleted messages, Emails and WhatsApp remotely. It seemed as though my life was spinning out of control getting to find out he has someone else. I filed for a divorce just could not continue with his lies. If you feel you have been exploited in your marriage and you need proof.
