It would disconnect from the watch while I was calibrating the pointers. It should have a feature to delete the notifications you get otherwise the pile up. I also tried suggesting bugs in-app but I was unable to do so. My watch is an f-80 ferragamo for reference. ### 1/5 — Won’t connect keeps telling me I need update *2019-08-12, version 10.1.4* It keeps telling me my phone needs to update, should take an estimated six minutes, update complete. But then it will never connect. What is going on??!! ### 4/5 — What’s Missing *2019-06-09, version 10.1.1* I love using the app for sleep and steps. I use it on several devices and would find it useful if I only had to record manual sleeps once. Is it possible to write a manual sleep to the phone so it can be used for other devices. Also, a low battery warning would be nice. After two years, the press and hold to initiate stopped working and was replace with a few jerky movements of the hands. It is in the watch repair waiting for delivery of the unusual battery style. I am hoping a new battery will fix the problem. If there were a low battery warning, this uncertainty would not exist. ### 1/5 — Stopped working!’ *2019-05-22, version 8.31* Terribly disappointed in this app. I have had my compatible watch for several weeks. This was great until it stopped linking to my watch. For the past two days I have attempted to pair my watch with this app over thousand times. I always get to the next step to press the crown to complete pairing. And nothing happens. This is very frustrating as to now I have a useless watch. ### 2/5 — Frederique Consant *2018-12-10, version 8.31* I bought a Frederique Consant watch and now the time on the watch is not accurate. Even though I chose the world timer applicable to my country of residence, the time doesn’t change even after I pressed the crown to sync with the phone. The watch itself is not cheap at all and definitely the manufacturer/designer should allow the user to adjust the time manually. It should not merely rely on the smart phone. ### 4/5 — Generally a great app ... *2018-11-18, version 8.31* I bought a Frederique Constant smart watch from eBay and this app generally works very well. They only problem I have with it is it’s difficulty in pairing the watch and after even after getting the pairing to work I can’t perform the align hands function because the app constantly indicates it has lost communication with the phone. It’s possible the battery in the Watch has run down to such an extent that this function cannot be performed. It would be great if the app can give some sort of battery level status such a percentage of power remaining or based on your usage a message to replace the battery within a number of weeks. There is a reset watch function in the app and this may resolve the pairing and align hands problems but I dare not do this in case my phone and watch can’t pair again. ### 1/5 — Very frustrating! *2018-10-29, version 8.31* My 6 month old Frédérique Constant watch isn’t useful because this app won’t work!! My notifications just stopped working. Was working fine & then suddenly stopped a few days ago. Now when I try to align hands because for some reason they all of a sudden became way off - my watch disconnects. I go to another screen & my watch connects again. Only on align hands. So now, I have a watch that won’t give me notifications and the time is off!!! This needs to be fixed!! Basically the watch becomes useless because this app is so lousy ### 1/5 — My Less Than 1 Y/O Frédérique Constant Now Totally Unusable *2018-10-15, version 8.11* When I click the button on my one year old Frédérique Constant horological smartwatch, the app/ my iPhone no longer recognizes the watch. I have spent an absurd amount of time trying to fix this problem, in vain. Seems to be tied to me getting the new iPhone. Anyway, everything with the watch requires for it to synch with my phone — even setting time. Thus, I now have a watch that is so useless that it does not even show the time. ### 1/5 — Watch fails to connect *2018-09-30, version 8.11* Battery on my watch is still good. However, app seems to be the root cause on why my watch doesn’t connect. It will say “connecting” then fail. Any time I try to report a bug or seek assistance it fails to connect so I can’t even log a complaint unless I do it via a computer and a website it’s very outdated And gives you minimal control over your watch. It begins connecting and then tells me the pairing was unsuccessful. Good, because this app is awful ### 1/5 — Budget App for a premium watch *2019-11-14, version 10.2* So I’ve paid over £350 for a Mondaine smart watch and have to use this App to access the data and keep the watch up to date with firmware and aligning the hands which regularly become unaligned. Apart from the poor UI design, odd UX and awful notification implementation my main gripe is that it’s recently pushed a firmware update to my watch which has reduced the vibrate function to the point where it is not noticeable which was the only smart function of the watch which I found useful.
