The app hardly ever loads correctly and always has errors making the ability to use the service impossible. Most definitely needs app improvements. Otherwise the service of drive up is great especially with the baby and other small children.

You still have to wait in line. I thought I can avoid it but it’s basically the same thing as coming in person, I think I have to wait a little longer actually. I wouldn’t use the app again. There’s no point.
