I still had to wait in a very long line to pick up my order. Most definitely needs app improvements. It usually gets busy in my area. You can also set the time and date to when you want to have it ready and pick it up. It could be same day or later in the week. It's super awesome! So many times I would use my WIC checks in my local grocery store and feel looked down upon by the workers and other customers. Trying to pick the right items and make sure everything was correct was a whole other deal. Using this app is so fast and easy and the staff at Mothers is amazing and kind. I hated doing WIC in grocery stores because I felt like many workers and customers would look down at me and make me feel bad. I hated trying to look for the food and making sure to get the correct brand. Mothers nutrition makes it so much easier. They ask you what you want from your voucher and do everything for you including loading the car. This is super helpful when you have a new baby or even multiple children. Thank you! ### 5/5 — Super easy! *2017-03-06, version 3.8* I have been going to Mother's for a while now and love how easy it is as oppose to going to a grocery store, looking for approved foods and then waiting for the cashier to take her time scanning my items. At Mother's you still had to stand there and pick what you wanted, but at least there was no guess work. I usually try to go to Mother's when there's no people, but I used the app and it was super easy! I just arrived, the lady checked my vouchers, and I was out. Seriously didn't take me longer than 5 mins. I loved it! One thing that needs to be fixed is when placing the order either a warning needs to pop up when the store is closed saying the store is closed because of the way the store gets notified. I placed my order while they were closed but set it for a pick up during regular hours and when I got there they had no clue what I was talking about. Checked their emails then and that's when they saw it. So either some sort of warning or make it so you can only place the order during regular business hours. ### 3/5 — I still had to wait *2018-04-26, version 5.3* I love the store and the concept of this app unfortunately on my first experience it was an epic fail. I set my pick up time for 1630 and showed up at 1640 but nothing was ready. I got told I didn’t have an order then when I went to my car they found the order In the computer and have to get it ready.
