I download mnet plus to watch sumbakkokjil CORTIS which is today 31st July. I tried millions of times to watch it but it wouldn’t let me. I tried putting my settings in Korea and it worked, but when I put it back to English, it froze once again. So overall, they only let you watch it if youre Korean.

I don’t like that when you don’t go on the app for a while it logs you out of your account. While I was logged out my points expired as well which I didn’t know was a thing. I don’t understand why they would expire and why users can’t keep their points. It’s very irritating.

Trying to participate in voting for a “global” survival show for Produce101Japan.  Voting is only available outside of Japan through this app..  yet the app is terrible to use. Everything is in Japanese and Translation / Caption button isn’t turning on.  Its quite buggy.  This is creating unfair voting disadvantage for votes outside of Japan.

sunghoon was leading when the timer was on 0 seconds left. by over 11%, mnet and cjenm have a vendetta against enhypen and it shows. weird app, always rigging. and why is suga not on the birthday month votes either????.

They make votings for K-pop groups on a various areas. However, just recently, they made this specific voting for an artist to get a Sports DNA Forbes Korea article. You could vote for your favorite artist and, if they won, they’d get an article. 
Today, said voting ended at 11:59KST. An artist was leading and, technically, he was already the winner. He had over 47%, while 2nd place had 38%. It was still like that when the voting ENDED. Once the voting ENDED, 2nd place won and, for some reason, the percentages were NOT these. It was around 41% and 47% (suddenly, 2nd place got 6%?). That’s so weird.

컨텐츠 인질로 잡을거면 앱 성능이나 개선을 좀 해주세요 
무한 로딩 걸리고 시도때도 없이 광고 뜨고 진짜 사용성 최악인데 여기 말곤 볼 수있는데가 없어서 어쩔 수 없이 이용중이네요
진짜 느리고 자꾸 멈춰대서 혈압오름

Straight up scam, they charge you for no reason and give nothing in return. Filled with ads. They steal your information, some weird things on there asw… avoid!

For such a big company, I don’t understand how the app can be this bad. I’m guessing they’re just working on the monetization the app can do and not how it actually works for users. So many bugs. For some reason, the videos don’t even have controls anymore. There’s an ad that never loads and just gets tuck and never plays.

年齢制限を上げたことについて
もう本当に被害者全員許してないし、実年齢は16歳未満じゃないのにスマホの設定でそうなってる人とかいたらそれはそれで理不尽すぎて可哀想だし
突然、しかも日プ新世界が始まるタイミングでそれはちょっとねぇ、はぁ！？ってなると思う。楽しみにしてた人達もいるのに。年齢制限上げられたタイミングがちょうど候補生投票が始まる直前とかだったと思うんだけど
そもそも日本人はmnet plusからは投票できないようになってるけどこのアプリもちろん日プだけじゃなく色んなアーティストさんのコンテンツがあってここでしか見られない限定のものとかもあるし。例えば16歳未満のユーザーは一部（課金など）色々制限するなりしてやれば良かったと思う、アプリ使えなくするなんてそこまでしなくてよかったんじゃない？
あっ、日本人の皆さん。日プ新世界の投票ですが、実は無料vpnアプリなどで外国に繋ぐとmnet plusから投票できちゃいます、これはどうしてもという時だけ使いましょう、と言っておきます。
そして…なぜ定期的に参加を勧められる例のアンケートの1番最初の自分の年齢を選択するところで16歳未満を選択するとあ、君は呼んでないよ。ってスピードで即終了するの？すごく怖い、あの白画面。複数端末を使って自分で調べたんですがダミー選択肢が多すぎて1回もクリアできなかった。もうダミー選択肢多すぎてなんかクイズみたいだしもはやアンケートではない

So I got this app today because I wanted to see all the kpop idols because we usually watch it on TV but we usually don’t anymore, so, I got this app on my phone, and as I opened the app it was pretty good in my opinion! They really don’t have long ads and we could watch our favorite idols on our phone how great!
For me there were no glitches and like nothing wrong! But! It is all my opinion in here so if you disagree, then sorry🫶🏻

Really good app I adore it, idk why all these fans voting 1 star bc their idol didn’t win, but that’s not how it works. The ads are quite annoying but there aren’t too many.
