Ella tiene 75 años y no tenía tarjeta propia ya que nosotros la mantenemos, veo muy absurdo que no se pueda recargar su saldo a menos que sea con una tarjeta a su nombre aunque nosotros seamos familia inmediata. Llamamos para recibir ayuda, ya que la aplicación no procesaba el pago. La señora que nos atendió nos dijo que no era posible recargar la cuenta de muy abuela, si ella no tenía una tarjeta a su nombre. Le preguntamos si había otra forma en la que pudiéramos recargar el teléfono de mi abuela, voy a dar a relucir que la señora era muy insistente en que mi mamá hiciera una cuenta diferente, al final la opción que nos dio era mandar el dinero por Zelle a una cuenta de correo. Ya cuando ese pago fue recibido, ella nos dijo que no podían recargar la cuenta de mi abuela. De verdad que es un descaro, si no podían hacer el cambio, mejor lo hubieron dicho desde el principio, ahora perdimos el dinero y no lo quieren regresar hasta el próximo día cuando ellos mismos dieron la opción.
