The frustration that comes from using it will instantly remove any of the endorphins gained from working out at the facility. This is not really an app, this is just a repsol web page with exactly the same functionality. one the most annoying part is that every time i try to book the class i have to log in… cannot zoom on calendar as the icons for classes are tiny even for my 6yo fingers… all and all this app is crap and repsol should ask for their money back to devs-> look at f45 app ### 1/5 — Clunky *2021-10-03, version 5.0* I was hoping to see something more out of this app. The Avocado portal is clunky, unintuitive, hard to use and glitchy. ### 1/5 — Not useful *2021-10-03, version 5.0* This app is terrible and the Avocado portal is frustrating. There’s nothing intuitive about the portal and you get waitlisted for classes and it will not put you into the class when somebody drops out. You just stay on the waitlist. The app is so slow that it’s faster to open the portal on a web browser. It would be better if Repsol just went with a more dialled in platform like Mindbody as their portal. ### 1/5 — Repsol App is terrible *2021-10-02, version 5.0* I love Repsol as a company/fitness Center. But, their new online booking system is horrendous. And the app does nothing to improve ease of use. Tsk tsk Repsol. ### 1/5 — Awful *2021-10-01, version 5.0* Barcode is well hidden in sub-menus. This is just a rehash of their awful website rebuild. Not user friendly, not intuitive. It’s usually 5 clicks on sub-menus to find anything. Makes me log into my account every time I open the app and the pages don’t load. Super hard to navigate, won’t let me click on some things. Can’t book anything, fitness schedule is not even loaded for more than a day. Families need to log into one master account and share a password (!!), the list of classes is sorted by random dates (Feb 2 comes before Jan 26 in the list of classes, for example). It is frustrating and not secure. You are forced to use it if you have a membership though.
