Free workouts and meal ideas without a sales pitch or ad. Great for beginners to learn form and technique too when lifting weights. I’ve learnt so much from this app around fitness. We have only just launched, so there will be some bugs. It would be helpful if you reported them so that we can fix them. We are unable to fix this bug through this review. ### 2/5 — Lacklustre *2023-06-14* Free but lacking in reasons to stay and use. Trying to do everything - social, track, workouts. However it felt amateur in terms of content quality. It streamlines content for coaches so potential is there. **Developer response:** Thanks for the review, however we have only just launched and content is provided by coaches and users, so it will take time to build up a good amount of quality content. ### 3/5 — Connecting Heath App *2023-10-26* Connect and has data from health app has not gone through for a period of time now. Something that just tells me what to do so I can follow along. The app is new so it's a little buggy at times, wouldn't load so had to reinstall it.
