Now it crashes within 10 sec from start up every time. Would do 0 stars if possible. All this is, is a list of conservation areas paid for by the state. If you don’t want to go to one of those areas, then this is completely totally utterly useless. I thought there would be stuff in it like wildlife track identification, photos of common wildflowers, raptor identification, etc. Instead, all it is is a list of conservation areas. If you have your own land then what’s the point. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-10-10, version 2.6.2* This app is terrible. It’s not map based which means finding things, like trails, is hard to find. Ease of use, current options, etc. I like to print PDF map of conservation website map of location. I dont like battery drain on phone when out and about - so i will turn phone off at times - and rely on printed map. Would be nice if could download/print the PDF map. I downloaded Henning CA map. Zoom in and see view point but no visual trail to get there. That is where PDF version of map would be great. I really do like the app though. I love that this was made available and have been sharing it with anyone I know who loves the outdoors. It has opened opportunities for myself to explore the area and have had nothing but good luck with it. I found a new area just a short drive away I never knew about. I went there day (12-12-18) and the trails were under heavy leaf cover. This app was able to show where I was on the trail.
