This update has left me looking for other brokers with simple chart systems. The older version had a lot better and clean chart. Please fix the issue! ### 1/5 — Privacy issue are there in software *2023-12-19, version 2.0.6* Hi iOS Team, Why this guy needs iCloud data access. I am suspecting that It illicitly accessing data from your mobile device and there's a potential threat within the software, it's important to take immediate action to safeguard your information and address the security issue. Zerodha and INDmoney don’t need storage access. Why you want the storage? Thanks ### 3/5 — Bulk order or basket orders *2023-12-09, version 2.0.6* The ios version needs lot of improvement. The bulk order option should be readily available for traders. There should be option to filter stock options an index options Adding MTM exit and stop loss would be better as well ### 1/5 — No mutual funds buying options in the app *2023-12-06* Mutual funds is so basic right now but this app doesn’t have that option. Their web version have mutual funds but app doesn’t. I can’t see my mutual fund portfolio here inside app, i have login through desktop to do that. Very poor experience. ### 3/5 — Charting : *2023-10-05* Indicators appying is not smooth. I cannot search indicator as typing option doesn’t pop out. Settings in indicator can not be changed. For example, If i apply moving average, then it is with default 9 moving average. If i want to change. I cant because key board is not pop out. Screen blinks and thats it. No clear demarcation where have all the information is just keep doing hit and trial till you reach your desired area. Instead of improving the interface they have degraded it ### 1/5 — Worst upgrade ever. *2023-08-24* You guys have managed to take an app with small issues but convenient for any trader who has to take fast decisions and turned it into an absolutely stupid version . By the time u get to figure out how to execute a trade the opportunity is gone. No idea of which options to sell and their prices. Also how do you trade next month f@o in this app. Also how do I get way out of the money calls and puts. I thought hdfc was bad but this is sublime stupidity. Till now have not faced any issue concerning the application it's working perfectly. They will give you false assurance of earning easy money. They will use lots of technical terms like momentum, sentiments, graph, candles etc to indulge you into trades which were never profitable at all. All you will get is loss and most to your loss will be motilal oswal brokerage which proves that the company itself is after clients money and trained there executive accordingly. I was also frauded by their executive Rohan Sambhaji Bhanusali, I lost around 55k of which 38k looted by motilal oswal as brokerage. Do all your trades as per your knowledge and close your motilal account and shift to other platform to save your hard earned money. Warm Regards, Team MOFSL ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-01-16* Don’t ever go and open acc with them , they are only behind your money . I have put ra 8 lakh in 7 days they made me loose 1 lakh buy bad calls . After that I put my money in IPA for which they charge 2% annually of total amount . But every week they charge random amount some 1-2-3k whenever I asked only answer was it’s for IAP when I asked details none was provided . I think Motilal Oswal is big brother of Nirmala Sitaraman .Without any trading from last two months they have debited dp charges, interest charges and many charges from my account by selling my stock directly. Saturday second half and Sundays it does not open. THEY SAY THAT APP IS BLOCKED FOR SECURITY REASONS which is a lame excuse. When will someone go through his portfolio and analyze the other shares of Indian market ? Every market working day late evening the chart of each share shows the closing price of T-1 day. The “add funds” tab does not allow to transfer money through RTGS/NEFT/IMPS. INVESTORS ARE ADVISED NOT TO WORK WITH MOTILAL OSWAL. ### 1/5 — Worst totally fraud application *2024-08-22* मोतीलाल ओसवाल एक बहुत ही घटिया एप्लीकेशन है और इंट्राडे ट्रेडिंग के लिए बहुत ही घटिया ब्रोकर है। आप 3 बजे के बाद इंट्राडे पोजीशन से बाहर नहीं निकल सकते। ब्रोकर अपने विवेक के अनुसार बाहर निकलेगा। जीरो हीरो ट्रेड बिल्कुल भी नहीं किया जा सकता। ट्रेड से बाहर निकलते समय यह कई बार एरर दिखाता है और पोजीशन से बाहर नहीं निकलता। मैं खुद इस घटिया ब्रोकर का शिकार हूं। उदाहरण के लिए: मैंने एक बार इसमें मिडकैप में CE खरीदा था, 100 लॉट और मैंने लगभग 3:14 बजे बाहर निकलने की कोशिश की और मेरी पोजीशन बाहर नहीं निकल रही थी और एरर दिखा रही थी। मैंने अपने सलाहकार को फोन किया और उन्होंने कहा कि सर, आप इसमें 3 बजे के बाद इंट्राडे पोजीशन से बाहर नहीं निकल सकते। सिस्टम अपने आप बाहर निकल जाएगा, मैंने जीरो हीरो जैसा कोई ट्रेड नहीं किया अन्यथा मैं इन दोनों पोजीशन से तब तक बाहर नहीं निकल पाता जब तक कि प्रीमियम जीरो नहीं हो जाता। मैं उस दिन बहुत बड़ा नुकसान होने से बच गया। मैं ब्रोकर की वजह से हार गया। मैंने लाभ में बाहर निकलने की कोशिश की लेकिन ब्रोकर ने बाहर नहीं निकला। यह बहुत ही घटिया एप्लीकेशन है। कृपया इसे डाउनलोड न करें। मैं मोतीलाल ओसवाल ब्रोकर के साथ कई बार इस तरह से ठगा गया हूं। English———————————- Motilal Oswal is a very poor application and a very poor broker for intraday trading. You cannot exit intraday position after 3 pm. The broker will exit as per its discretion. Zero Hero trade cannot be done at all. While exiting the trade it shows error many times and does not exit the position. I myself am a victim of this poor broker. For example: I once bought CE in midcap in it, 100 lots and I tried to exit at around 3:14 pm and my position was not exiting and showing error. I called my advisor and he said sir, you cannot exit intraday position after 3 pm in it. The system will exit automatically, I did not do any trade like Zero Hero otherwise I would not have been able to exit both these positions until the premium became zero. I was saved from a huge loss that day. I lost because of the broker. I tried to exit in profit but the broker did not exit. This is a very poor application. Please don't download this. So today I host 60 k who will pay this . ### 1/5 — Super Idiot App *2024-04-24, version 2.0.10* This app is a dead one and slow like anything. It takes so much time to open and the interference is so complex. Impossible for option trading. Over that even I am unable to sell my equity and when contacted cus care, he said to watch me a video and I didn’t get tht vdo till now. And daily one will get 3/4 unwanted calls from this company during and after trading hours. ### 1/5 — "Avoid at All Costs: Worst Stock Broker App Ever!" *2024-04-22, version 2.0.10* This stock broker app is an absolute disaster. Not only are some of the options dysfunctional, but the app moves at a snail's pace, making even the simplest transactions feel like a Herculean task. Connection issues are a constant nuisance, with users frequently getting kicked off the platform mid-trade. To add insult to injury, the app seems to have a bedtime curfew, as it completely shuts down after midnight, rendering it useless for any late-night trading endeavors. And that's not all – there's a laundry list of other issues plaguing this app, from buggy features to inexplicable glitches. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this app. It's more trouble than it's worth and will only leave you frustrated and disappointed. Trust me, you're better off finding a more reliable platform for your stock trading needs. ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2024-04-04, version 2.0.10* Giving one start because can’t give zero option very very bad experience working with this app and my advisor never respond any call or massage they will just take you 5000rs and then will tell take this and all and they will charge you so badly day by day charges and your app balance in mines day by day after that ur advisor will not respond ur call and massage never trust like this very risky platform. Pathetic service. For closing account they send the link in the email, but there was a feedback link, which was also not working showing system error.
