This app is mediocre to say the least. It is poorly designed and has plenty of bugs. It’s unfortunate that as customers we have no other option as online banking is at extra costs and you can’t use the app for a business account. There’s just so many drawbacks to this app it’s a miracle it’s running. There is a great inconsistency when it comes to it working. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. It’s definitely not reliable. But like I said you don’t have much of an option.

App will not allow me to log in. Tells me to try again and has been saying that all week. Totally useless

I had the android one it was excellent. This version (iOS) does not work. 

1. I cannot make transfers for values of more that 4 digits i.e am limited to only 9999 in values section. Once I write a 5 digit value it automatically resets to 0. 

2. I cannot make any other transaction where money is to be debited from my account. The only transactions that work are those that does not involve money movement at all e.g checking balance, statements, etc. 

It can be quite a helpful app, but it needs to work better as its android counterpart.

The app is great when it comes to functionality, I do however think a UI upgrade is mandatory.

Great app have used it since it launched and love its functionality. 

But I find it strange until today we can’t use BioMetrics (Fingerprint / Face ID) to log in every time we have to use the pin. Other banks have had this feature for years now. 

I expected the new update to this. Can we incorporate this.
