## What is מועדון שלי?

Your own customer club, with no paper punch cards and no app for your customers.
Customers scan your QR code, fill in a short sign-up page and add your loyalty card to Apple Wallet. You run it all from here: stamps and points, rewards, vouchers and unlimited notifications.

SCAN AT THE COUNTER
• Scan the QR code on the customer's card, or search by phone number.
• Stamp card (one visit = one stamp) or points based on the purchase amount.
• The card in their Apple Wallet updates automatically.

UNLIMITED NOTIFICATIONS THAT BRING CUSTOMERS BACK
• Campaigns now or scheduled: once, daily, weekly or monthly. To everyone or by level, with an optional gift voucher.
• Automatic messages: welcome, birthday, thank-you after a purchase, "we miss you" for customers who haven't come back, reward reached, new level.
• A customer walks past your shop? Their iPhone can show the card on the Lock Screen with your message.

REWARDS AND LEVELS
• A gift after a set number of visits, or a points reward catalog.
• Gift vouchers with an expiry date: a digital coupon right on the card.
• Customer levels such as Silver and Gold, shown on the card.

A CARD THAT LOOKS LIKE YOUR BUSINESS
• Logo, colors, stamp icon and background photo.
• On the back: your info text, translated automatically, plus your address and social links.
• Changes also reach the cards customers already have.

YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR TEAM
• Customer list with search and filters: active, reward ready, birthday, at risk, lost.
• Activity: total customers, visits today and over the last 7 days, rewards redeemed.
• Add staff with a QR code scan, each with their own permissions.

Hebrew, English and French: in the app, on the card and in your messages. Write once; each customer reads it in their own language.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.20 — 2026-09-30

• A new welcome screen.
• A redesigned sign-in screen with a cleaner, clearer layout.
• In Hebrew, both screens now read right to left.
• The app now officially supports Hebrew, English and French.
• Small fixes and improvements.

### 1.0.19 — 2026-09-29

Customer levels on the card: you can now show your customer levels on the back of the card and each customer's level at the top right (Apple Wallet), and send an automatic notification when a customer reaches a new level.

Card back: your info text is now translated so each customer reads it in their own language (500 characters max), and you can add your social media accounts: customers tap to open them.

Translation and wording fixes.

### 1.0.18 — 2026-09-28

New “Things to do” list: an orange button on the home screen shows the steps left to fully set up your shop (loyalty card, Apple logo, rewards, shop profile, notification logo, notifications) and takes you straight to each one.

Activity: dates in your language, points or stamps shown correctly, and redeemed rewards counted.

Translation and wording fixes across the app.

### 1.0.17 — 2026-09-25

Available rewards now update instantly: when you add points to a customer, any reward they just reached appears right away on their profile, ready to redeem.

Stability improvements.

### 1.0.16 — 2026-09-09

Merchant accounts are now created on moadonsheli.com. In the app you simply sign in.

Also in this version: the camera now switches off as soon as you leave the scan screen, and long numbers no longer overlap on a customer's card.
