The map is too small, and it consists of only berry bushes and water, which makes it super hard to level up. Unlike in the real game where your health is chipped away when you're being attacked, your health is drained, so it's very easy to die. When you spawn back in, you don't start with half of the xp you'd gained previously. Rather, you always start as a mouse, and you start with only a sliver of health, so essentially you're a one shot.
