## What is MOBAK?

Movement for life! Basic motor competencies are fundamental performance dispositions that enable children to participate in the sport and movement culture. This app contains the MOBAK diagnostic tasks from MOBAK 1-2 and MOBAK 3-4, as well as a variety of suitable learning tasks to promote children's basic motor competencies. The app is available in eleven languages.
