Please send email to service1@mopaigame.com to contact us . ### 1/5 — Mobapad Bad Customer Service *2024-02-06* Ordered the Mobapad M6 HD for my Switch. One of the controllers is malfunctioning and they won’t reply to emails to resolve the issue. I emailed before purchase and was told that any problems reported within 7 days of purchase could have the product replaced. Now, after delivery, and within 7 days, one of my controllers has a problem where the ALPS Linear motor (for vibration) keeps turning on at random and sometimes won’t turn off. So far, they’re ignoring my emails. I’ll amend this review if that changes. For the app, the spelling should be “Firmware” not “Frimware” and I’m receiving multiple errors when clicking on different tabs in the app for the M6 HD. I’m in the United States. Beware when buying their products! ### 1/5 — Will not work for me *2023-09-06* My controller is connected to my iPhone, but it keeps saying the connection fails on the app. ### 1/5 — Cannot connect. *2023-06-29* Device does not want to connect to the app. Yes i did everything properly. The internet suggests updating the firmware using this app, it of course the app cannot locate my Mobapads, rendering the app useless as well… ### 1/5 — Please delete right after your done using it!!! *2026-06-09* I downloaded the app because I wanted to remove the rgb off my new controller from then and it worked fine. The problem is that the next day I notice all my location needing apps stopped working and my Bluetooth as well. I’m not sure if they’re spying on you through this app in the background but at least let me keep using my Apple CarPlay. Once I deleted the app my phone started working like normal. ### 1/5 — Used to be the best in the game… *2026-06-07* The Mobapad joycon on Switch were the best. The M12HDs for the Switch 2 are nice looking and feeling, but are totally half-baked. And having just got mine, this lame app won’t even successfully update the firmware. Constant disconnects when trying to upgrade. Guess I’m stuck on the old firmware. Huge disappointment. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-06-06* Current version struggles with "network connection", even though my internet works just fine. Constant pop-up on the screen on every new page, and it prevents some functionality too (ex. exporting configs). Also can't configure both M12S controllers together, that just seems like a massive oversight. The app desperately needs an update on iOS since it's a generally buggy mess (don't know if it's any better on Android). ### 1/5 — Garbage Product *2026-05-27* I bought the Mobapad M12-S for the Switch 2. I can not bind dpad buttons to the back buttons on both controllers. Only the one controller that natively has the dpad. This makes the product unusable for me. ### 1/5 — M12 S - R joystick *2026-05-26* Will not “attach” to the console. Physically it does but something isn’t working correctly. The controller is useless right now. I cannot play anything with it. **Developer response:** Have you tried using the power-saver-button on the back? Please switch it to the upward position and then try connecting to the console again. But the firmware never installs. Simply does not work on iOS for me. It updated the controller on (of course it did) Android just fine. Paid extra for a useless regular pad. Third world quality. **Developer response:** Thank you for your support. What model of the controller did you purchase? To connect it to the app, you can simply turn it on by pressing the Home button and then search for the connection directly within the app. There is no need to connect it first through Settings > Bluetooth on your system. It connected to my controller right away. I was able to remap the buttons to my liking and it even saves several configurations for easy access/options. What’s not to like? Hope you have fun playing! 😊 ### 4/5 — Simple and Easy to Use *2024-04-22* This app works easily for firmware updates and button configurations. It could have more features like making our own game categories for saved button configurations and macros, or allowing us to input notes for configurations (to more easily remember how our macros are intended to be used/setup). These are both available for the online saved configurations, so I’m hoping it will be added to our personal saved configurations in the future. However, labeling works fine and is all that’s really needed. Also, the simple design makes it easy to pickup and use. I have been enjoying my M6 HD controllers and this app has only added to that enjoyment. I saw the poor reviews but also a recent update. I decided to give the app a chance in hopes to at least update the firmware on my controllers, and the ease of use for the other features was a nice surprise. If you own one a Mobapad controller, I recommend giving the app a chance and deciding for yourself like I did. **Developer response:** Thanks to your comment, the personal configuration feature is now live! ### 3/5 — Ok but please add *2026-06-02* Please let us have our own dashboard on login . No matter what I do the R joycon will not connect. I have done everything. The controller functions perfectly fine on the Switch 2 and wakes from sleep no problem. I just want to turn the RGB LED off and can’t do it because either there’s something wrong with the controller or the app itself. **Developer response:** Please also try using the LightBlue app to check whether the device Mobapad-M12-S-R appears in the device list. If it does, please try connecting again within the app. If you still encounter any issues, please send us a detailed video of the situation at service1@mopaigame.com so we can assist you further. ### 3/5 — Does what it needs to do, but could be better. *2025-04-23* The app has instability issues that can prevent you from making configs you want (I encountered a bug where applying a profile to my right M6HD immediately closed the app.) Besides that, I think adding even more controller options would make the app better. The option to assign macros to buttons besides the left and right back paddles would be very nice. Исправте пожалуйста. ### 2/5 — Can’t connect Left and Right M6 pads? *2026-02-05* I have an M6 HD and while I can connect the left and right sides separately, and they seem to be working quite well, there seems to be no way to connect them both as one unit? Once one is connected, the only way to go back to the screen to connect the other is by disconnecting the first one. I see no option for them being paired together.
