I just started but I am not sure about this.  I read an article sent to me and there was a next at the bottom, which at first I thought was another article, but turned out to be an info commercial instead.  I bought this online program called vshred and now trying to get my $57 back.

Maybe it’s just me and/or the other Apps I have on my phone. Establishing what seems to be proper settings within my apps and phone doesn’t make sharing of information  happen. Having to resort to manual entering of same info that’s in my other apps such as Polar Bear and Apple Health.

I really appreciate all the articles and information provided on this app. I need to dig deeper into the offerings. Most of all I appreciate my connection with Heather. She’s a 5 star person who is always encouraging my sometimes Eyore attitude.

I am learning that there are medication‘s out there over the counter, and the Rx that are not good for me. I now know what to look for and if I have a problem and I’m not sure exactly what I am taking. Is it good or is it bad I can go to my MobePharmacy coach. She has helped me greatly and I am feeling better. Can’t wait to talk to her again.

Great app, lots of super helpful tools. Best part, in my opinion, is the amazing staff who work with patients - great listeners, caring and calm who fully explain the app, the tools and suggest what tools for you. Mine is terrific, has really made a positive difference.

MOBE has helped me heal through multiple major surgeries and long term chronic pain by providing me with a weekly phone call from a guide. My guide teaches me, listens to me and inspires me to be the best version of myself. My guide has made me feel cared for and valued— and has been a huge help so that I don’t feel like I am a broken record complaining to my family about pain. It was with this help that I was able to stop using all opioid pain meds and switch to mindfulness techniques, exercise and proper nutrition. Thank you MOBE! My only regret is not getting the phone app earlier because I would have read more articles/watched videos over the years. Remembering to log on and look at the portal was a task I just never got to from my computer. Thanks to my new guide (previous guide was excellent, but changed jobs) for the app tip:) ♥️ Julie
