I’m using iPhone 14 Pro (iOS) and so far, app works very smooth and good! The only issue I’ve noticed is that password don’t pass while trying to login and I have to reset it, but very rarely. Despite that, everything works perfect.

The app is so bad, i can’t even start using it.
During the registration process the app shows an error saying “no internet connection”, while it is more then obvious that my internet is working just fine.
Then the whole process resets, and you have to do it again, only this time, your email address is already in use.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. If you still have this difficulty, in order to check and provide you with solution please sent us more info (including phone model, OS and app version, description of the issue and prt sc if possible) at tb.apps@mobibanka.rs.

Please check this app, kids today build better apps. I am almost never able to use it, reports some stupid Internet connection without any reason!!!!

**Developer response:** We are sorry for the inconvenience. The error content was not appropriate and with the new app version 2.09.08 it has been corrected.

The app is fine in terms of basic features but it crashes nearly every time I open it and try to enter my pin.

It also doesn’t support apple pay when most other banking apps do, which makes NFC payment with iPhones/apple watches practically impossible.

Get a good app dev to fix your app and implement apple pay if you want to keep people around and this bank relevant.

If the above mentioned is fixed this app would go to like 3.5 or 4 out of 5 stars

**Developer response:** We are checking this issue. In the meantime, please upgrade to the latest version of the bank's app (2.09.08) and check software ver. (should be 15.4.1). After that, in case you are still experiencing these issues, please write to us at tb.apps@mobibanka.rs (problem description, phone type and OS, app version). Regarding apple pay, we are considering this service.

Once a frontrunner in fintech, now lagging behind. If someone told me that, a year in, we would still have no info and no release date for Apple Pay, I would tell them they were crazy, but alas. Support, any info on this?

**Developer response:** We are sorry for your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, at this moment we don't have more information about the Apple Pay but we will timely inform our customers about any update.

Very slow and not reliable when you need it most. Am losing trust in this bank and will change it. Developers asking for feedback via response here is quite bad as well, because people wont check their comments here if somebody responded or no. Hire some good UI/UX developer/Engineer to make this app better and have in app functionalities better.

Prilikom logovanja, prosao sam prva dva koraka (username/pass, sigurnosni kod od 6 cifara) i u poslednjem kad unesem PIN, izbaci poruku, doslo je do greske. Probao sam sa desetak razlicitih kombinacija Pin-ova i nisam uspeo.
Update: promena imena uredja je pomogla (nije uspelo kada sam npr. od Phone promenio na Phone1, ali kada sam stavio Testname, proslo je). Aplikacija radi super.

When tou try to add new “On-click” subscription app shows loader which remains until app crashes. Please refer this because it is great feature and now it has a bug...

**Developer response:** We agree that Bills on click is a great feature and the challenge with it was with old app version v2.00.01. and was solved mid of August. Also, it was connected to old iOS version, so try with update. We tested on different phones and versions and didn't have any issues. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please write to us at tb.app@mobibanka.rs.

Option “Racuni na klik” is crashing the app. 
Please fix that, I am your customer, at least make the app bug free!
