I have an Apple 11 and after downloading, it allows me to login but there are no amounts/numbers shown in the column and everything shows zeros all the way down by every check & atm!!?? FIX THIS!

The last update caused the nag "User Blocked" on all of my devices at some point

After deleting it from my 2nd gen iPad and trying to reload it the app is now not compatible with the 2nd gen according to that nag

Not helpful and particularly annoying after three trips to the bank asking about all of the issues

Better service / communication is expected in a relationship of 30+ years

Since the last update the app is login me off and then blocked my user and I have to wait 8 hours before I can log in again this happened every day and I can’t check my balance is a pain please can you fix this I’m using a iPhone 7 Plus

Do not like newest update. They did away with with fingerprint verification. Bring it back!!

Don't like the pay bill setup anymore either was better when you could move from one bill to the next without changing screens.

I wish the welcome page didn’t say welcome back and write out my whole name! I have a passcode on my phone, but it kind of makes me nervous that it says that, just in case somebody were to get ahold of my phone and see that and have information about me that I don’t share anywhere except on my account(My middle name).

The Citizens Bank and Trust app has improved so much since the last one, it's much more user friendly, keep up the good work!

Makes checking your bank account much easier and convenient. Allows you to use your finger print as a secure way to use it so it makes it that much easier. Highly recommended.
