But if you’re looking for a small regional wireless carrier with coverage just about everywhere in Hawaiʻi, on the mainland, Canada, and México, and with affordable roaming in Brazil, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Europe, Japan, throughout the Pacific, and in many other countries, I personally feel you can’t go wrong with mobi. 🤓 ### 5/5 — Good app, but customer service isn't 24x7     ​ *2023-05-23* The app does what it needs to do, but because they're based in Hawaii, their customer service doesn't have the most logical hours if you're on the East Coast (for example). When they're available though they're great, real live human beings. Slowly but surely my bill kept creeping up but the coverage was always good and speeds were amazing. Past few years have been brutal though - my Mobi line almost always hits five or even ten times the download as my brother's Verizon line.
