I love the concept of having my phone service readily available directly on my device, I’m not a big fan of public places before this pandemic began, but once it did, it was hard adjusting to all of the changes if I needed to pop in to my cell phone carrier for info, questions, problems, etc. I’m loving this “new” concept of cell service! Btw.... Does no one actually do even a minimal amount of investigating or research regarding what the may be looking for in a service, before jumping on to complain about something that is VERY clearly stated by the company/app developers when - or actually, BEFORE - you download the app or make a purchase?? It’s not that difficult to gather all or most of the necessary information before you make a decision or commit... and, that is the exact point of these newish providers - there is no more commitment! If you don’t like it, scurry along lol. It says immediately in the description, that eSIMs are coming SOON. Which clearly means, they are not CURRENTLY available. So if that doesn’t work for you, you may move right on to one of the other eSIM companies that are making themselves well known recently, OR, you are more than welcome to WAIT your impatient, lazy, uninformed self for this company to provide eSIMs lol. It’s not that difficult... I was hoping they offered eSIM as well, but when I saw they don’t yet have them available, oh well. I can still always try the physical sim to see how it works, then I know what to expect when the eSIMs become available. No one has any common sense or patience in this world anymore, especially considering that these companies are all so NEW, we all have to expect a learning curve, and some growth from them as we all figure out this process together. Considering we are living in the middle of one of the most historically impacting, world altering events that kids will be reading about in school in years to come, you’d think that most of us would understand that companies are now forced to rediscover completely new methods of providing service to all of us needy, whiny consumers 😫 lol. But if you’re looking for a small regional wireless carrier with coverage just about everywhere in Hawaiʻi, on the mainland, Canada, and México, and with affordable roaming in Brazil, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Europe, Japan, throughout the Pacific, and in many other countries, I personally feel you can’t go wrong with mobi. 🤓 ### 5/5 — Good app, but customer service isn't 24x7     ​ *2023-05-23* The app does what it needs to do, but because they're based in Hawaii, their customer service doesn't have the most logical hours if you're on the East Coast (for example). When they're available though they're great, real live human beings. We just reached out to care beforehand and they then had the activations we did in the app go as eSIM instead of shipping the SIMs to us, and they also put them all on the same account for us, pretty easy and a lot more affordable thankfully.      ​ ### 5/5 — Much faster and way cheaper?!?! ‌ *2023-05-21* I originally was with Alltel years ago and that eventually got bought by Verizon. Slowly but surely my bill kept creeping up but the coverage was always good and speeds were amazing. Past few years have been brutal though - my Mobi line almost always hits five or even ten times the download as my brother's Verizon line.
