### 2/5 — Leider nur schlechte Erfahrungen

Die App ließ sich einfach einrichten. Beim Ausleihen der Räder gab es zahlreiche Probleme weil Räder sich über den Code nicht auleihen ließen. Bei einem Rad öffnete das Schloss nicht, der Leihvorgang ließ sich nicht beenden. Dazu war dann ein Anruf bei der Hotline notwendig (der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett). Zweimal hatten wir die Räder offenbar an einer falschen Stelle abgestellt, obwohl das in der App nicht ersichtlich war. Das führte dann zu einer Abbuchung von 20€ „Strafe“. Zwei Räder waren in sehr schlechtem Wartungszustand (Schaltung, Bremsen und ein Griff defekt). Alles in allem können wir das System nicht empfehlen

Wir arbeiten permanent daran die Qualität unseres Angebotes zusammen mit unserem Bike-Partner zu verbessern. Leider kommt es vereinzelt zu mechanischen Problemen beim Öffnen der Räder. Viele Kunden stellen die Fahrräder in den dargestellten Zonen ab. Sollte es Fragen dazu geben, rufe einfach nochmal unseren "netten" Kundenservice an.

Update: Der Unsinn beim Bezahlen geht weiter: Heute Ticket gekauft, Transaktion abgebrochen, neu versucht, Geld ist tatsächlich abgebucht, aber die Transaktion wird trotzdem abgebrochen. Ergebnis: Geld ist raus, Ticket nicht da. Was soll das?

Unzuverlässig bei der Zahlungsabwicklung. Transaktion klappt in 90 Prozent der Fälle. Und in 10 Prozent der Fälle steigt man in den Bus und verlässt sich darauf, dass das Ticket gekauft ist/wird. Bin in genau diesem Szenario schon kontrolliert worden. Die DVB meint, die App wäre nicht das Problem. Also zahle ich 60 Euro. Danke Mobi-App, dass man sich auf Dich nicht verlassen kann.

In den meisten Fällen funktioniert die Transaktion einwandfrei, jedoch kann eine stabile Internetverbindung oder mobile Daten manchmal eine Rolle spielen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, dies noch einmal zu überprüfen und sich bei weiteren Schwierigkeiten gerne an unseren Kundenservice zu wenden – wir helfen Ihnen dort gerne weiter. Wir hoffen, dass sich das Problem schnell lösen lässt.

Schlägt mir 1,5h weg mit Taxi, Bahn, Tram und laufen vor anstatt einfach 5 min zur Bahnhaltestelle zu laufen und 10 min zu fahren.

**Developer response:** Hallo Steffi, so sollte es nicht sein – die App ist darauf ausgelegt, die einfachste und schnellste Route vorzuschlagen. Um das prüfen und verbessern zu können, wäre es hilfreich, die betreffende Route über die Feedback-Funktion in der App mitzuteilen. Auf diese Weise lässt sich die Situation analysieren und sicherstellen, dass sich das künftig nicht wiederholt.

Das letzte Update ist 7 Monate her. D-Ticket immer noch nicht integriert. Die Übersichtlichkeit ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Man hat nicht das Gefühl dass hier eine bessere App entstehen soll

Ins besonders der Ticketshop erfreut sich allerdings größter Beliebtheit. Auch sind viele Kunden mit der Übersichtlichkeit zufrieden. Ihr Feedback ist uns sehr wichtig. Nutzen Sie gerne die Feedback-Funktion in der App, um uns konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge zu senden. So können wir die App noch besser an deine Bedürfnisse anpassen. Die MOBI-App scheint die modernste App des Verkehrsverbundes Oberelbe zu sein. Im Gegensatz zu DVB und VVO Mobil ist diese schnell, sehr aufgeräumt und funktioniert ohne Abstürze oder vergessene Login-Daten. Im Grunde kann man damit alles machen, was die beiden anderen Apps auch bieten, aber übersichtlich und effizienter.

Es ist nicht möglich, ein Deutschlandticket zu hinterlegen. Solang man die alte App dafür noch nutzen muss, ist die neue wertlos.

Lt. Aushang fährt die 68 am 29.9. um 15:07 Uhr ab Koloniestraße zum Lennéplatz. Fahrtzeit 10 min.?
Lt. App um 15:13 Uhr, Fahrtzeit 18 min. Was stimmt jetzt? Die Fahrpläne der App sollten schon mit den Aushangfahrplänen übereinstimmen sonst ist die App Schrott!

Insofern kann eine Verspätung in der Abfahrtszeit direkt in Echtzeit angezeigt werden. So ist der Kunde optimal informiert. Sollte es in unserer Testversion zu fehlerhaften Auskünften gekommen sein, bitten wir das zu entschuldigen. Genau dafür machen wir aktuell diese Testphase.

App ist ja jetzt schon ne weile draußen aber braucht oft immernoch viel zu lange zum laden. Manchmal wird sogar garnichts angezeigt und man bekommt nur eine Fehlermeldung. Ich will einfach nur wissen wann die Bahn fährt
