It crashes and I have to frequently download after shops. Really frustrating. Also isn't syncing my mobile version to the server so haven't been able to submit reports on time. Really needs a lot of work to fix basics. The program would be so helpful if operated properly. I would be willing to pay for a functional program. Have reinstalled three times in an effort to get it to work. If the app worked, I'd give it five stars. For now, I will keep submitting reports on the computer. ### 1/5 — A day of work lost *2011-07-02* I tested this app with one shop and it worked brilliantly. Today I went out and did a route of 15 and it worked well again. Until the sync, after which I was left with the data for only one of those shops. I don't get it. The one that actually synced correctly was not the first, nor the last, rather right in the middle of my route. Why??? *2023-08-29, version 5.7.9* This app does not need access to my banking app. There’s been some other great features. But stay away from my other apps! ### 1/5 — Help! *2022-09-13* I received an unable to load error when loading a new profile to the system if there’s any assistance you can give it would be appreciated. ### 1/5 — Hopelessly frustrating *2021-09-22, version 5.7.4* This app might be the worst piece of software I’ve had to use in years. The app resets, refreshes, and loses your place you’re in the middle of a shop. There is no search feature, filters may or may not work, and selections are impossible to view in daylight. It saves any photos, but written are all gone. This happens repeatedly on the same report sometimes. Done using this app until it improves. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-04-13, version 5.3.2* This app is terrible. First off, it’s built using some non-native hybrid framework, so it’s non-performant, instable, and doesn’t adhere to platform conventions. It was clearly not built with the device in mind, as most panels are letterboxed to fit onto the rounded screen. Some controls are placed in locations that prohibit them from being touched, like adjacent to the system “back” button which can appear in the top left of the screen. Finally, and most importantly, this app has completely lost all of its data in the past, to the point that I can’t rely on it. Sometimes I’ll launch the app moments after using it, and hundreds of surveys will be missing, making me re-load them and lose any un-submitted data in them. I honestly wish I could write my own native app using system frameworks than use this one for another minute. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2018-12-27* This app is horrible. I constantly have it crash while working, if it works at all. Has a glitch which results in user being "locked up" and not being able to submit the completed report. The only remedy I have found is to delete the app and the completed report, and reinstall the app. This results in a frustrating loss of data, and the need to complete the report again. I hope an update comes out soon with a patch for this problem. Otherwise, app is easy to use and does the job well. ### 2/5 — 5.7.1 was great, 5.7.6 super crashy again! 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ *2022-03-02, version 5.7.6* Worked perfectly, loaded surveys quickly and didn’t crash. Please roll back to 5.7.1. It’s very slow and laggy and every other time I add a photo it crashes and changes my survey answer from yes to no. Edited from 5* to 2* until you fix it again. ### 2/5 — Crashes *2014-11-26* Unable to rate effectively as this app crashes. ### 2/5 — Sounds super cool, but... *2011-02-19* I thought I'd give it a test run, to see how it works. MobiAudit downloaded my shops from Shopmetrics (after I went through some trouble getting all of my shopmetrics companies added). That was so cool! I had a list of shops, with detailed info right on my iTouch and without too much effort. It downloaded the entire questionaires, also. I did some data entry on one, and while not perfect, I thought it was pretty good and I would fix it once I uploaded it. So I saved it, then synced it once I was back in my wi-fi. The problem is it deleted all of my data that I entered, and without uploading anything to the MS company. What a waste! I think what happened was in syncing it, it synced the "blank" form from the website on top of my completed form, instead of syncing the data I had entered up to the website's blank form. The concept is great, and I think it will elevate the whole mystery shopping industry.
