I can watch live stream but I can’t watch the recorded videos because when I click on a video it gives me a message “camera offline”.... well I can watch the live stream so it is not offline for sure. Also when I attempt to delete the videos giving me the offline message the app immediately crashes and shuts down. This used to be great product but now it has turned into a piece of garbage. When I contacted the tech support they even didn’t bother to reply and I had to email them three times until someone decided to respond. I am looking to buy new camera from different brand now. Don’t buy MobiCam. However, it is hard to get the camera to connect to app. The app takes forever to load, show camera offline when it’s not, playback mode usually says service busy, app does not allow me to adjust the time, you cannot watch your baby and do anything else on your phone Each time you go out of the app and back in it has to reload and sometimes your lucky if it reloads. It makes a clicking noise when going back and forth from night time vision and daytime which is annoying! The camera clarity at night time is not very good, hard to tell if baby is breathing or not! Even if delayed but that’s expected in a sense. - We we’re gifted these cams thankfully!!!! Negatives ——— Camera will not always connect. Currently can’t log in because of “Network Exception” even though these cameras and wifi have not changed and were literally connected overnight smh. Video/speech delay. Camera WILL go faulty when you absolutely NEED IT to be in record mode for anything that may be happening. It might stall once it will probably stall 5 times and you’ll miss everything you needed to record. Night vision clicks to no end. It’s an infinite loop of click and you better be ready to rock out or simply unplug even though that defeats the purpose of buying the camera. Customer service? Yeah right. Something also happened that one camera now shows pink where something should be green. Nice pink trees and grass for me now. The camera is borderline hazardous right out of the box as the set up itself isn’t even as simple as it should be. This App works great! *2019-05-04, version 1.4* I was hesitant to buy this product because of the reviews. It actually works great! You just need a good WiFi connection. If your WiFi works fine then the MobiCam will work great. You can’t beat the price for the mobiCam. Any other type of baby monitor is way more expensive. The mobiCam does a great job helping me keep an eye on my little one. ### 5/5 — how to connect to camera *2019-03-17, version 1.4* in order for the sound wave to work your ringer has to be on. I tried for over 30 minutes thinking I wasted money on it. Then I felt like a complete idiot. So if it’s not connecting to your camera make sure your ringer is on. You should hear an obnoxious noise when the sound wave is going off. ### 5/5 — Works fantastic! *2019-01-07* App works great! This is an app to view your Mobicam a.k.a an IP Camera, so your Mobicam MUST be connected to a STRONG WiFi network. At home I have a 98.8 mbps download speed, never have any issues. However, if I move Mobicam to my parents house, where they have only a 25.2 mbps download speed and a weak signal, sometimes MobiCam has an issue staying connected. The app itself has never given me issues and I'm well aware that the "network abnormal" or "offline" message I occasionally receive only when at my parents house is due to their slow and weak WiFi connection. ### 3/5 — Inconsistent Sound *2021-05-31, version 1.7* The app works just fine most of the time except that sometimes the sound doesn’t work. It works great on my wife’s android device and when I had an android, but when I switched to iPhone the sound rarely ever works. I would say maybe 10% of the time.
