I would have registered but you need a tax ID from Portugal to be able to do so. This is a city that is mainly a tourist destination and as an overseas visitor you have will have to use coins to pay for parking since the option of paying by phone is pointless. Have used other mobile bike rental apps in traveling, unfortunately this one is not conducive to non-Portuguese speaking visitors. When I switch to Portuguese 4g internet it is fine again. Please fix it ### 2/5 — Error, please try again *2023-09-06* No background activity whatsoever. Constant “error, please try again”. Any payment, request, cancellation or any other action fails if you are not actively staring at the screen.
