인식이 안 되는 수준을 넘어서 사실상 고장 난 것처럼 느껴집니다.
삼성 기기와 비교하면 차이가 너무 심해서 같은 기능이라고 보기 어려울 정도입니다.
기계에 거의 밀착시키지 않으면 인식 자체가 안 되고, 여러 번 반복 시도해야 겨우 한 번 될까 말까 합니다.
이 과정에서 시간 낭비와 스트레스가 엄청납니다.

이런 인식률이면 일상적으로 사용하는 앱이라고 부르기 어렵고, 기본 기능조차 제대로 검증되지 않은 상태로 출시된 것처럼 보입니다.
사용자 입장에서 신뢰가 완전히 무너졌습니다.
빠른 수준의 임시 개선이 아니라, 근본적인 성능 개선이 반드시 필요합니다.
