I’ve had nothing but problems with my rides uploading to my account. I’ve contacted Mobifitness and they sent me a new bike. Well the new bike also won’t upload my rides. I have reset the system, that doesn’t work. Is anyone successful with rides uploading? ### 1/5 — Display *2023-08-11* The display will not show in English even when English is selected. Only Asian characters are displayed. This makes it hard to use as I am an English speaking individual with no knowledge of Chinese, Korean or Japanese ### 1/5 — This App stinks *2023-07-22* I’m 5’4” and 125 lbs and it lists me as obese. It won’t allow me to change my height from 2’1” (why is that even an option??!). When I scroll to my height and hit enter it defaults back to 2’1” and changes my weight automatically to 358.4 lbs. That’s why I’m listed as obese. And gee thanks even if I was obese that’s not very encouraging language for anyone working on their weight. Utterly useless to track my progress and insulting to users. Do better. ### 1/5 — No code gets emailed *2023-01-23* Why is no code being emailed to me! Warranty system failed to register, said the correct Amazon order number was invalid. All metrics use the metric system, not the US with no option to adjust. Most annoying, the Bluetooth system can connect to only one device at a time…. My wife’s phone. That means I can’t track my usage over time. Barely two stars on the app but at least it works on her phone. The app graphics look cool but no context was provided that explains them. We will have to guess what stuff means. Lastly, no one uses the competition feature so there is no social aspect to the workouts like with peleton, contrary to the marketing stuff on amazons site. ### 4/5 — Not bad - Could be better *2023-09-05* The app itself has some great features. If you don’t already subscribe to a fitness app it offers great workouts. I love the apple health data syncing. Improvements Needed: Living in the United States I’d like to be able to switch my bike to MPH. As it is right now I can only have KPH or M/S. It would also be nice to be able to set the default bike screen to RPM instead of having to press in the button every few seconds to check my pace. I use Apple Fitness+ and they go by RPM. Besides that I’m enjoying the app so far. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works GREAT *2023-12-15* I was concerned when I read the previous reviews but, I already bought the machine so, I gave it a try… I had zero issues pairing the app to my machine. Everything is in English so, no problems there. I was able to easily switch it from metric to imperial. One click and it hooked up to my Apple fitness. The app provides workouts, beginner assistance, and goal setting as well as other benefits. I haven’t even been asked to make any additional purchases as of yet. The negative reviews do not apply to the app as it functions today. If you purchased one of their machines, this app is a great companion! ### 5/5 — please!!! *2021-07-15* apple watch app!!!! please!!!!! ### 5/5 — Super Excited! *2021-06-10* I’m looking forward to using this app. I’m excited about the competition feature. Unfortunately, the app isn’t responding to my machine. It connects to my Mr. Right rower, but it does not respond once I start rowing. It’s disappointing, but I’m hoping there will be an update in the future to accommodate Mr. Right and Mr. Captain machines. ### 4/5 — Great app to use with my MOBIFITNESS bike for FREE *2022-01-13* Just got my bike and appreciate having the app to use for workouts on it. And while the app is in English, it would be nice to include units of measurement like ‘feet, inches, pounds’ for weight and height as well as ‘miles per hour’ and such. Thanks again.
