På en fuld mobilskærmside for kontobevægelser er der plads til kun 6 transaktioner. Der spildes alt for meget plads på luft. Mangel på overblik. Desværre I forhold til første udgave af det nye design er det dog meget forbedret. At kunne gøre mere uden nemid osv er super fint. Langsom indlæsning sammenlignet med andre banks app. Også dårligt overblik. Hver kasse fylder meget og alligevel skal man læse småt skrift for at finde ud af hvad de står for. Wonder to whom... Basically you removed the frontpage. Now my financial information is laid bare to whomever can see my screen should I dare to open the app while in public... Jeg kan ikke længere i appen om-klassificere udgifter men kun som de selv bliver tildelt (ofte forkerte grupper). I netbanken er det stadig muligt hvilket er super fjollet og ødelægger overblik når man ikke kan via sin telefon mere Yderligere konstant ‘teknisk fejl’ når man prøver at logge på og virker sjældent selvom man prøver at logge ind flere gange både med kode og eller face id. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2019-09-15, version 2019.1* Ever since this new version went live, I have had trouble logging in. It accepts my code but then just churns and churns logging in until I finally get a “technical fail”. It fails more time than it works and I can never check my balance on the go. Pretty useless. I would rate it zero stars if possible. I’m trying to figure out whether there is a URL scheme for the app as I want to open it through a “Launcher” app, but can’t find a place to ask the developers. ### 5/5 — Aplikacja bankowa *2022-11-17, version 2022.12* Wszystko działa bardzo dobrze. 5/5 ### 5/5 — Works great *2020-02-01, version 2020.1* I was a bit reticent to install the app when I saw all the bad reviews, but I gave it a try and it’s actually pretty okay. It serves the purpose of a NetBank pretty well. I’m very happy with it. Oh, and I love the shake phone for logout option. ### 5/5 — Great *2019-10-04, version 2019.2.0* I think they made a grate update ### 4/5 — Skift af aftale *2025-09-03, version 2025.10* Jeg har adgang til 3 forskellige aftaler i mobil banken og kan fint skifte mellem dem, der er dog en uheldighed som irriterer: Efter skift til anden aftale fremkommer en popup besked i 5-6 sekunder som dækker for ‘hoved menuen’ nederst i app. Det betyder at jeg ikke kan skifte over til ‘overblik’ med det samme, men først skal vente 5-6 sek førend popup forsvinder… En anden ting: I skriver i app teksten at feedback kan sendes direkte fra app via ‘menu’ og ‘feedback’. Min version af app, som er den seneste, har ikke et ‘feedback’ punkt under menu. Easy and fast to use - however I wish I could customize the home screen to have full overview of my accounts instantly ### 3/5 — Missing the user-controlled spending overview *2019-04-16* Decent app, but as long as you can’t change the duration of the spending overview I’ll stay with the old app. That’s simply too important a feature to have left out. The recent update and using iOS 17 means I can’t pay bills / invoices using the app. Whenever you select ‘pay bill’ and then choose ‘scan bill’ the App crashes. ### 2/5 — Limited functionality *2020-09-17, version 2020.14* Ability to categorize is removed. Developer response is that it’s not yet possible. But it was possible in previous versions? Categories are visible next to each chronological transaction, but they cannot be displayed in groups or applied in any useful manner to give an overview (which would seem like a main point of such a feature.) Overview is limited to a one month period from today’s date (does not show from first day of month to last day) and cannot show anything more than one month old.
