## What is Mobile Bin?

Streamline Your Inventory and Bin Replenishment

Managing consignment inventory and bin replenishment can be a time-consuming, error-prone task when relying on paper-based processes. The Bin App by Tridex Systems transforms how wholesale distributors handle inventory counts by bringing real-time ERP connectivity directly to the warehouse floor or customer site.

Available for mobile devices, the Bin App is a simple, fast, and intuitive tool that eliminates manual data entry, reduces miscounts, and keeps your system perfectly synced.

Core Workflows:

Consignment Inventory: Set up a consignment warehouse in your system, tie it to your customer and their Ship-To location, and the Bin App will automatically download all applicable products and bins.

Bin Replenishment: Create replenishment count lists in your ERP and assign them to customers via the admin portal. The app downloads the specific count lists exactly as needed so your team can get straight to work.

Key Features & Benefits:

Real-Time Synchronization: Communicates instantly with Infor SX.e and CloudSuite using secure APIs.

Barcode Scanning: Utilize your device’s camera or hardware scanner to scan product barcodes for rapid, highly accurate counting.

Go Paperless: Eliminate lost paper count sheets and the need for redundant, manual data entry.

Save Your Progress: Save your work-in-progress locally on the device so you never lose your counts if you get interrupted.

Hardware Flexibility: Works seamlessly on any device—from standard consumer smartphones to ruggedized enterprise barcode scanners.

Note: The Bin App requires an active Infor SX.e or Infor CloudSuite environment and an existing Tridex Systems integration to function.
