HELP!!!! ### 2/5 — Not Great *2026-06-25, version 26.13* It seems to always need to be deleted and reinstalled. After a completed shift, I try to clock in the next day and it always tells me I have to complete the day before. Idk it’s annoying. Some days it don’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2025-06-12, version 25.13* Constantly having to delete and reinstall! Go to clock in or out and it says I am not at my location, but google maps shows that I am exactly where I am supposed to be all the time. ### 1/5 — Don't waste time *2025-05-19* This is the worst time keeping app I have had to use. Every single update made makes the app worse to use. We are required to use this for a KY Medicaid waiver for special needs children. There is so much redundancy under each section. It is vague and can't be individualized. If you accidentally forgot to clock out you could adjust the time worked now you can't. Suddenly they changed the login method without warning. Every single update they make creates new and bigger issues. Do better. ### 1/5 — Agencies not happy!!! *2025-04-25, version 25.09* This app has been an administrative and billing nightmare. We spend days working with aide working through bugs, malfunctions. Like most government run things they had to pick one of the worst apps. Have lost 10s of thousands of dollars to the app not billing properly. It’s extremely time consuming, does not allow for any type of editing for codes or times. I shouldn’t need to log in and out so much. Why are so many codes there if I don’t use them? Set them up for each caregiver. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Would not be used in real business world. *2026-08-19, version 26.15* This application is a monopoly state mandated app that has no back end or front end support. The developers cash the states checks and have failed to improve their system or customer service. I run several private businesses and if the developers/this app had to compete in the relay world without a Gov/state mandate they would have went out of business long ago. ### 1/5 — There’s ALWAYS an issue *2026-08-08, version 26.15* I swear, at least three to five times a month, there’s an issue with me clocking in and out. Whether it’s the tasks list not showing or my shifts just completely not available for me to clock, THERE’S. ALWAYS. AN. The goals aren't actually customizable like KY Medicaid requires. If an error was made on the "timesheet " the employee could correct the hours and document the reason for the error. Now someone has to remotely fix it and recalculate the hours separately. This app actually creates more work and provides no significant benefit to the end user. ### 1/5 — Caregiver *2025-08-07, version 25.17* This is the worst app I have ever used. I am required by the state of Montana to use it. It stalls, I have to re-login all the time, it takes on average 3 min just to check out, not to mention the amount of clicking… navigating this app it is a NIGHTMARE. ### 1/5 — Location unmatched *2025-06-12, version 25.13* This app can get ugly sometimes! Some suggestions as a provider : 1. A Calendar view : currently the app only shows current week and previous week. A calendar view would be very helpful for providers to accurately see clients seen throughout the month when it comes time to document visits. 2. Hours worked when visit is completed. The visit is completed it would be nice to see how many hours actually completed. Currently to view this you’d have to click on the visit and see the start and end time and figure out the total time. When closing the visit (before getting signatures ) the app shows the total time but after completed it does not have this feature. It would be nice to have it visible without having to click on the visit. ### 3/5 — A pain to login *2025-12-11, version 25.25* For the most part the app works as it’s supposed to.
