Well it doesn't. It does show my system but when I click on it, the app shuts down. This is the second time I have written this asking for support and, guess what? There are no instructions and when you go to the support link, it also does not give any indication of how to use the App. It looks like the app has promise but needs a lot of work and instructions on how to use it. They cannot connect to the cameras that way. They can only connect with phones that are connect to IPV4. Example. My phone when on WiFi it can connect to the cameras. That is because when on WiFi it has IPV4.. When I turn off WiFi and connect to phone carrier with LTE OR 4G. My phone It connects to IPV6. It will not connect to the cameras. Please update app to support IPV6. ### 1/5 — Pi$$ poor *2017-11-11* Desperately needs updating, takes a lot longer to load compared to other system/app’s (I’ve checked many systems) and even longer to view the dvr functions that more often than not stating “connection exceeds limits, or not valid request” this is completely unacceptable, I’m seriously considering getting a different system. You are very lazy and you looks like doesn't care about your customers ### 1/5 — Worked for years, no longer does *2017-07-22, version 4.7.0* All I get is "Failed to access DVR" error when trying to view on mobile network. It works just fine when I'm connected to Wi-Fi though. It's a real pity because we have invested thousands into DVR systems from CCTV Pros, but they've proven to be very unreliable as of late. We'll have to look at Nest or other mainstream CCTV systems because the support for this app is non existent. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2016-02-01* Hard to understand, couldn't figure it out. It changed my previous version of CMS pro to one they is on Korean. I have had no luck contacting the App Support Team for assistance. Iphone4, 4s, ipad2 and iPad hd. The only hard part was to setup the device to link with my unit. But soon as you figure that out, its easy to setup on all devices because it's the same setup. But you pay extra to be able to search and playback and it is not easy to do or very good. The page used makes it hard to find a specific time and there is no directions for use. Also as I write this the search function is not functioning. It just gives you the waiting symbol and never comes up with anything at all.
