As is, it was a waste of $80 since I can't use it as intended in my practice. Initially I was elated as I thought that it would help solve the problem of coding and recording, all in one app. While the graphic interface and the ease of use is good the actual CPT code list is quite abbreviated. Because of the missing codes the program is completely unusable. Additionally, there is no help with ICD 9 coding. While I could work around the missing dx codes, the lack of a complete CPT list is a deal breaker. Unless you are only going to use it for the occasional code it is almost worthless. ### 3/5 — Pretty good *2014-02-05, version 1.6.0* While fairly comprehensive, this app has a poor, nonintuitive search function, and entering the data is difficult. The "free" version only allows one area (hip) to play with. Immediately can send codes to my office manager, billing is done before I return to office. For instance it does not have the ability to search patients by name, come on guys this is a very basic function!
