Whenever I open the app and try to “sync” it does nothing. I have to constantly open the app switcher and force close the app and then reopen the app for it to sync. Doing this dozens and dozens of times a day is getting really annoying. My coworker (using Android) doesn’t have this problem. Also, it’s 2026…not 2006..can we please have the ability to use Face ID to unlock the app instead of me having to enter my pin hundreds of times a day? That would be spectacular. You can’t add more than one photo at a time and the max number of photos is 10. While the mobile app provides a portable solution, it doesn't fully mirror the desktop capabilities, especially for users with higher access levels. Ideally, the mobile app should allow users with elevated permissions to conduct tasks just as they would on the desktop, with the only difference being the interface design. This discrepancy in functionality creates unnecessary limitations and inefficiencies for mobile users. Another key issue is the inability to create work orders or service requests directly from a completed inspection. This adds an extra step and increases the likelihood of rework, as technicians must manually create new orders after completing inspections. Streamlining this process is essential to enhance efficiency and reduce redundant tasks, saving time and effort for the team. Additionally, the system should enforce a policy that prevents non-supervisory users from assigning tasks to supervisors. Users who do not hold a supervisory role should not have the authority to assign tasks to those who are in charge. This would ensure proper hierarchy and accountability in task assignments, preventing confusion and potential mismanagement. Lastly, the system should implement a mandatory note section when completing work orders or service requests. This would enforce technicians to provide essential details about the task, ensuring clear communication and accurate records. By requiring notes, the system would foster better documentation, making it easier to track the status of requests and improve accountability.
