I love having access to view my transactions, balances, and especially to be able to deposit checks. The girl I speak of was one of the girls that work for bank. I am not very good at it but I am learning ### 1/5 — Can’t give zero stars *2019-08-09* This app is incredibly unreliable and slow. It wont even open now after their last “update”. On the days the app actually works its very slow and takes DAYS to update my account. Changing banks is something I need to do soon. First National in McAlester is always unreliable. The app never works, their atms work about half the time, and customer service is severely lacking. I am having to move money from my savings account to cover my bills while I wait to get my husband’s check to bring to town to deposit. I’m use iPhone 8 with latest firmware.
