Crashes often, does not show correct formatting of documents, and the interface design is straight from 2005. Avoid unless absolutely required by your firm.

**Developer response:** Dear Frustrated Lawyer, our apologies for the poor experience that you have had with Link. We would appreciate more specific feedback; please contact us directly through our website. We are releasing a major UI update soon that I hope will address your UI comments. Your experiences with document formatting and crashing are a surprise. Our data from Apple does not show much crashing in our app - please upgrade the Link app and iOS to the latest. That may help. Also, our document rendering is usually a strength of our product. It would be helpful to learn more from you about what is not rendering in your environment. Thank you for your candid feedback. Link is a fantastic app! Having mobile access to the document library is invaluable. The developers are constantly making improvements to provide greater functionality. Keep up the good work!
