Learn about some good characters and favorite them when upgrading. Ask questions. Maybe even join a guild with a discord for more in depth advice. This is a heavy idle game. I do not like the recent forced guild change and server grouping but the game goes on. Please add frontline back to American servers though. Only reason bumping to a 4. ### 2/5 — Dying game *2026-05-10* I’ve been playing this game for years and ever since guilds were reset and a bunch of other things were reset the game has been dying. People are leaving and new players don’t stay long. It’s repetitive and in the last 6+ months I haven’t been able to really progress much because it’s become hard to level up or even pass levels. It seems like the people who even put a lot of money into this game for the upgrades have walked away from this game. ### 1/5 — US servers *2026-03-26, version 628.0* Played the original game for 3+ years and built a successful guild and loved it. After the server split lost my guild and most of my friends. Then US servers didn’t get any of the events and game devs didn’t seem to care to update anyone for a long time. Just not the same. The developers do not care about your opinion and do not support you at all. Their priority is to make you spend as much money as possible to enrich themselves. I supported it when it was popular and when it wasn’t. I defended it. I spent real money on it because I believed in it. I took a break, like normal people do, and when I came back my account was gone. Just gone. All the progress. All the purchases. All the time. Erased like it meant nothing. No warning. No recovery option. No accountability. It’s hard to describe how disappointing that feels. You build something over years characters, stats, memories with friends and the company treats it like it’s disposable. If you’re thinking about investing your time or money into this game, understand this: everything you build can apparently disappear without explanation. I never expected perfection. Once they were sold to the US company. We don’t have frontlines, no events. The game pretty much feels forgotten. Tried hopping on to log into my account and everything was gone!!! My whole account reseted! Money down the drain! Smh horrible ahh game! ### 1/5 — My Account was Deleted. *2026-07-09* I used to play this game a lot when I was in college, before the devs decided to switch to this new app/game or whatever (it was just MLA before, not MLA-Idle). It was difficult to switch my account over to this new app, and honestly I don’t feel it was necessary. Fast forward about a year and I got the urge to play MLA again. I log back in on my phone and what do I find? This game that I linked to my accounts, various accounts I might add, was just gone. All of my progress and all of my hero’s and upgrades and what not… just gone. I don’t know if I want to play this game anymore now, or even possibly later. All of my progression, all my characters, all of my diamonds/gems, and Freya (the Viking looking light aligned warrior that I absolutely loved), I’m done with this game. If I could rate zero stars, then I most definitely would. ### 1/5 — Really? AI? *2026-07-03* I have played this game off and on since 2023, and until now i was sure the company who create this game cared about artists. Upon the release of the newest 5 Star character, Wavebreak(or wavechaser) kalea, i discovered they decided to use AI to make her ultimate animation despite hiring real and talented artists to do so for 75% of the other characters. If the developers truly cared about keeping at least a portion of their fanbase and giving jobs to REAL artists, they would not have made this decision. I am incredibly glad to have never spent a dime on this game, and now, i will be deleting the app and not returning. Do better. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother if US *2026-06-25, version 664.0* They did an “update” a while ago that broke many things in the game for the US servers. Despite multiple promises to fix it “soon”, there has been no movement or effort and the devs have been silent on it in the Discord. But strangely the Asian servers work fine with new content and updated game play. ### 1/5 — The game is dying for a reason *2026-06-10* Played this game for a few years, then left because the game play was starting to get frustrating, as they kept making changes that didn’t make any sense. Came back, to try again and things have only gotten worse - the so-called tutorial is mandatory, which is fine if it doesn’t bug out that you can’t play the rest of the game, if you somehow trigger it (which also happens randomly, too, even after you’ve done the tutorial part already). When it triggers, the only way out is by force closing the app. Dying game on it’s way out. However, the developers stuck with it, acknowledging the challenges and working to ensure the game matches or surpasses the global version. Their commitment is significant, especially for a long-time player like me. The game plays well, with nice art and engaging gameplay systems. Progression feels rewarding, though monetization is a bit heavy. You can still enjoy the game for free or with minimal spending. I spent $100’s on this game buying summons and event items, etc, honestly I’ve probably spent close to $1,000 and now everything I purchased and all the work I put into this game is gone…which is sad because I really want to play again but there’s no way I’m starting from scratch with a brand new account.
