People aren’t friendly, nobody follows the rules of the game, especially in Ranked, and it becomes impossible to play when teammates refuse to cooperate. It’s a game full of toxic people. It could be an incredible game, but even getting your account hacked is a nightmare. I received evidence showing an unauthorized login from Indonesia, while I am based in the United Kingdom. Shortly after the unauthorized access, my account was banned.I have attempted to recover my account multiple times and provided substantial proof of ownership, including screenshots, account details, and purchase records. Despite this, every recovery request has been automatically rejected with the same generic response stating that ownership could not be verified.I have also contacted support via email, only to receive automated replies directing me back to the in-game customer service, which then rejects my appeal again. I even created and used another account solely to try to recover my original account, yet every attempt has resulted in the same automated response with no meaningful review of my case.It is incredibly frustrating to lose access to an account that I have owned for years and to be unable to speak to a real person despite providing evidence that the account belongs to me. The lack of human support and the endless cycle of automated responses make the account recovery process feel unfair and ineffective.I expected better support for loyal players. I would like to clearly state that I have never used any hacks, plug-ins, or third-party software in any of my games. Upon reviewing my match history, I noticed three recent games that I did not play. These matches appear highly suspicious, as they were played on what seems to be an Indonesian server, based on player names and flags. Additionally, the hero used in those matches was Kimmy, which I did not select. My last legitimate match was played using Clint. I believe this strongly indicates that my account may have been accessed without my authorization. I only play on my personal devices—an iPad and an iPhone 16 Pro—both from New Zealand. I trust that your system can verify login activity and IP address discrepancies, which should clearly show access from a different country during those matches. I do not remember the exact date I created my account, but I recall that it was around 2016–2017. At that time, I was using an iPhone 5s. This further supports that any recent suspicious activity from other devices or regions was not done by me. I have been a loyal player for nearly 10 years, consistently playing fairly and never violating any game rules. I have also invested a significant amount of time and money into the game, including purchasing diamonds and skins. I also have proof of receipts for my diamond purchases, which I can provide if required. This account holds great personal value to me, and I would never risk it by engaging in dishonest behavior. Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate my account activity, particularly the unusual login locations and gameplay during the suspicious matches. I am confident that your findings will confirm that my account was compromised rather than used for unfair play. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in restoring my account.
