I’ve reported multiple toxic players for using slurs in game chat and received an automatic response that “after review, no clear violation has been found” so I guess they don’t see anything wrong with the N word. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The matchmaking is abysmal, you either get paired with teammates that don’t know how to play or purposely throw matches, then when you feel like giving up you get matched against bots and crush them. It’s just like the slot machines at casinos, they make you win just enough to keep playing and wasting your time/money. Heroes are so unbalanced it’s laughable; stuns that last far too long, ridiculous ranges/aoe on other skills. Either the hero is squishy or un-killable. And don’t bother reporting players who intentionally feed or are hateful in chat- there is no punishment. I’ve played a ton of MOBAs- Paragon, Predecessor, Smite, LoL, Wild Rift- and this is by far the worst. My account was linked to both Facebook and a Moonton account, but Facebook login keeps showing an error and the Moonton login option is no longer available. I contacted support, but they only told me to use the in-game customer service. How can I access customer service through my old account when the problem is that I cannot log in to it? I have already submitted the recovery information, but I still have not received meaningful assistance.
